@criprights @Elaine39247821 @AmyRemeikis Down, down, down 👎👎👎 Prices are cheaper at NBN.

  • jackiesoftly Jackie Softly @lookingoverglasses (@jackiesoftly) reported

@AmyRemeikis We are 200m from the node (not exchange). NBN is crap compared with our old internet.

  • PeterJamesRoth6 Peter James Rothe (@PeterJamesRoth6) reported

@Sharon92268823 @KateEmerson88 I've never bothered with NBN as i used to pre Covid be online a lot outside. Moved and Telstra keeps dropping out here, Optus rarely. In problem areas will 5G solve this or just be dearer?

  • Elaine39247821 there is no nirvana (@Elaine39247821) reported

@AmyRemeikis If you are on FTTN (nbn comes in on old copper phone line) check that all extra phone points in house have been disconnected. Only need one to plug in modem. Apparently multiple outlets confuses the signal. Took me years find this out and get extras disconnected - now perfect.

@AmyRemeikis If you have nbn and it is slow enough log a ticket with your provider. They will log one with nbn. Again if it is too slow they will fix it without cost to you if it is off your property. Or plan b get a plan that includes a SIM card backup. Can call if you want to talk about it

  • alexanderdanilo Alex Danilo (@alexanderdanilo) reported

My @NBNCo connection has been going up/down every 5 mins the last 2 days, downstream router issue probably. 1 hr, 10min chat to @Optus rep, I asked 3 times to book NBN tech, then they ask "where can you see the modem has no DNS?". I ask "Do you know what DNS is?" Silence. Ugh!

  • Bazzio101 Bazzio101 (@Bazzio101) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@DianneCostin NBN had been down 3 hours here. #LNP 101

  • BewareOz Peasant _Australia (@BewareOz) reported

@atomic_dom @NBN_Australia It never got announced, via the media Some users did receive emails from their IPS, but I'm with @MyRepublicAU and they never said anything about the SOS and ROC March 31 #NBN upgrade. This is while I was paying for my phone line to be replaced, and a NBN tech checking the node.

@AmyRemeikis Apparently voting labor will fix the nbn?
