@bentsolutionsau @AustinVTran @Paul_Karp Yes! Big mistake. What we need now is to fix the NBN and let them sell direct to Australians low cost high speed internet. Maybe if possible the lowest speed could be free, however we'd need to review if it's possible first.

Hey @NBN_Australia! If I keep my Cable modem and router powered with a battery backup, will you keep the HFC network running during a power outage?

@Optus Hi Tina, we have been through all of that already, to no avail. Suspect problem is with dodgy NBN modem. Our case no is 23594284. Would really appreciate speaking to someone tonight.

If you’re considering switching to @NBN_Australia with @Telstra DONT. Benefits are negligible; service is extremely unstable and response to issues slow-to-non-existent.

@DanieTreg I'm happy you've got a decent connection but bewildered the NBN couldn't fix your problem and it had to come down to replacing wired with wireless. What a shamozzle. A pox on everyone who voted for the substandard NBN many of us got.

@perla_rayess OTV, NBN and Manar won't go down on the streets for obvious reasons. And the rest ? No idea (Maybe LBC still has some $)

@independentaus @paulbudde “When Abbott Govt took over, it wanted to show the worst possible NBN picture a& was not willing to take these future savings into account, as it wanted to come up with a price tag as high as possible.”
