  @yayKM We’ve had a huge tree come down on our garage. Took out our power and NBN. Lines are laying across the road and our cul-de-sac is closed as a result.

  I can’t wait for Friday. NBN tech booked in to fault find why the service drops out when it rains. This is almost certainly going to go as well as it sounds it could.

  So - @NBN_Australia cut off home phone when attempting to install but can’t complete job, and now @Optus have cancelled my ADSL account. Neither are particularly helping (blaming each other) so I guess it’s the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman to assist! Been a horrid 24hrs

  @Optus told me i could have s refund on my nbn bill after i told them i was going to ACCC and then conveniently the chat got disconnected (my mobile service also with optus. cant wait to be finished on that contract!) then its off to literally any other provider

  Agaiinnnnnnn @Telstra again. A war widow with a serious heart condition without the use of her phone because of an nbn outage. But how does that affect the mobile phone useage Youre the absolute worst company. She feels cut off from the world. But hey she has the internet

  @RobToThheOz @over9000AU @AvidCommentator Making them good for top ups not but as a primarily fuel source. Two, VPP has never been tried at a city scale and would require a lot of new telecommunications infrastructure to implemented ie. we would have to implement a proper NBN rollout of some sort.

  @deniseshrivell 5G modem has never worked better. I then found out they tried the same thing with my dad and he fell for their reasons. He has an old computer that doesn’t even reach the speeds the NBN plan they put him on can reach. Boo Optus Boo iiNet!

  @QuentinDempster The biggest **** ups in Australia have always been initiated by labor governments the NBN NDIS the rollout of renewables in net zero and so many other **** up policies

  .@Telstra You know, it would be great if people would be notified of NBN work and interruptions at least BEFORE the internet is no longer working! I got a notification AFTER the service was restored!

  We pay like a $150 a month for the premium of Telstra mobile and it doesn’t even work immediately when out NBN drops. What are we even paying extra for? Fix your trash Telstra 😡😡 @Telstra
