Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, New South Wales@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

Arne Hansen (@arn3b) reported@NBN_Australia We have Optus 4G because NBN (under Turnbull) decided our town wasn't worth anything more than fixed wireless. So why reward bad behaviour? I'd prefer to give my $ to Optus or Telstra... which says volumes! "Don't build and they won't come"

NBN apparently closed a fault while their subcontractor was here swapping parts and so he reverted back to old unit, and in meantime signal strength has plummeted as has our speed (10% of previous) :-(

hank defi (@DefiHank) reported@NBN_Australia I’ve had my NBN cable damaged and Telstra has been awful in sending an NBN technician to repair it. Haven’t had service for almost 2 weeks now. Loose wire hanging outside my house.
