So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.

@TPG_Telecom I gave you a moving order on 13/10 and asked to connect my NBN by 29/10. Today I came to the house and realized that I don't have Internet yet. What kind of customer service is this?

6. 80% of phone order was disclaimers about a landline, which I did not have, want or need. 7. Process to connect to @Telstra NBN was good. 8. It now drops out constantly. Corralled into raising service faults via live chat and SMS has resulted in 4 service tickets, no action.

Wow this building is like an old treasure. But bc they didn't do the works correctly its a mess to fix the internet and NBN. Idk how this passed government standards like in the city its already done smh

@StroppyTits mine are combined home/mobile, it’s a family package, 3 mobiles and wifi. I can’t get NBN where I live. Considering it’s Melbourne, it sucks having no NBN when I’m working from home.

The ******* nerve of @Optus sending me an offer for unlimited data on 5G knowing full well neither that service or the ******* NBN are available in my area, this after they sent me a bill for wifi totalling $921.34 for one ****** up month. Don’t make out now ya rip off *****.

Every time our neighborhood receives substantial rainfall our totally inadequate copper calamity aka NBN goes on the fritz. This afternoon it has intermittently dropped out, frozen and generally delivered a totally sub par service.

@MichaelAckland3 what do you actually do in your position? @andy_penn I have been ripped off from business centre to business centre, I haven’t had proper working service for over 12 weeks, PD Monga had nbn installed within 3 days of contacting your office, Do something!!!!

@iiNet I had to literally turn on to my phone plan to post this message. I have upward of 15 iinet/nbn people come our to ‘attempt’ to fix our connection which falls out 10 hours per day min. So we have no internet. Still paying @iinet monthly. Can someone help this disaster. Please.

@JosieMcskimming It is bad hey? In OECD countries we're ranked so far down the list for so many things eg climate change action, poverty rate for older persons, women in government, NBN, covid vax rollout... the list goes on.

Debt is not the issue as the IMF have stated it’s the ability to fund the interest which we do easily.

@connors_21st @FAustralians Howard started Corporatism Communism. From 2000. Utilities as Telecom became exclusive 4 Corporations 2 exploit. Previous established independent contractors were shut out over night. The result being bad quality workmanship & NBN rollout fiasco as example.
