My sister in law and hubby moved to a new housing estate at Port Mcquaire not long ago. In order to make a mobile phone call with their NBN they have to walk around the yard holding the phone high in the air trying to get a signal.

@NBN_Australia too useless to be able to detect faulty DPU point on network and claim there’s no outage affecting my property for more than 24 hours is a joke. Nbn co are a pathetic joke and so is Superloop. Light sprinkle of rain and the DPU fails all the time.

@Telstra We have had the worst experience calling Telstra over these past 2 weeks. Everytime get a different story and a different number to call. Our aerial lead-in cable is physically discontinued, but no-one will send a technician. instead we're asked to check the lights on the nbn box

@NBN_Australia has too many faulty DPU in pits in the street connection down for more than 24 hrs due to piddle of rain and Superloop are useless dogs who haven’t even lodged a fault Can’t contact nbn directly to raise fault @superloopnet internet customer service is the worst

@Optus @NBN_Australia we have lost our home internet twice in the past week. we had a technician over to fix the problem Tuesday and two days later it has stopped working again. this isn't really acceptable
