@NBN_Australia . Myself and 2 neighbours have no internet and we’re all with different providers. Your site says no outage but clearly something is wrong p/code 4122.

  • StuartS1961 Time for a change (@StuartS1961) reported

@madigoldsmith Sorry, but I can't come help. I have a tree across the driveway, courtesy of this weather. And another that has taken out the power line and the nbn connection.

  • Motdidit Mot (@Motdidit) reported

@NBN_Australia its a real question of putting in the effort to fix you or just straight up put you down

@roseg IKR? I used to have such terrible trouble on the mountain with the ADSL but I continue to have issues down in the flatlands with our rubbish NBN 😫

  • RanTLaw Trainee empathy trainer (@RanTLaw) reported

Has anyone else’s @telstra home internet gone down? NBN seems to still be working but not the Telstra connection

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@jessmcguire Thanks for raising this with us, Jess. We've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network. Have you tested the connection speed via Wired as well? How far were you from the router when you tested the speed? -Basil

@joon_ethem @TPG_Telecom It's not tpg fault it's nbn fault they got no staff because they pay ****

  • RinaIsBad 🌈 Rina (@RinaIsBad) reported

Like, no. It's literally because our segment of the NBN is garbage and vulnerable to the weather. "Yeha, but I am just saying, lots of people all over the world are having internet trouble," I mean, she's not factually inaccurate, lots of places have **** internet infrastructure

  • OurNarungga 📣 Dianah Walter (@OurNarungga) reported

@Telstra It's ongoing. I'm told it's to do with bandwidth being "gobbled up!" during high usage. Connecting to nbn will ease my issues...
