@ZachWeiner Part of the other side of the issue was that once the NBN came into your area, the original phone lines shut down, so you had to get an NBN plan. A lot of telcos shoved people onto a 12 Mbps plan, which was never designed for internet use, only as a phone line

@VodafoneAU my wife had taken an NBN connection , worst ever service . The NBN was activated on a different address it’s been more than 1 month they couldn’t fix it . Had to pay for the service that wasn’t used . They only care about selling connection not about customer service

@ASX1500 NDIS should have been a life saver but was butchered by Tony and co, just the nbn, all great ideas that were never given proper consideration to be successful

@Telstra useless one day, PATHETIC the next. NBN out more than on so zero home phone or wi fi SINCE FRIDAY. But zero local issues!!! Perhaps the lack of communication impacts this??

@Sylvia_Else @NBN_Australia @Domaincomau Yup this cabling belongs to Optus in our area and they won't take it down until someone requests it

@PORTABLEAIRSYD @SpaceX LOL thats nice you can get NBN. You don't need Starlink. Leave the bandwidth for people who have no other choice. People who don't even get phone reception where they live. People whos lives have changed for the better with this service alone.

@davidbewart Funny, he didn't say anything like that about Turnbull's $50b copper #NBN blowout. Apparently he doesn't mind $b blowouts in infrastructure but he'd have argued against disability support if he thought it was too expensive?

@graemelyons @NBNTrust Only just seen this. But I saw your NBN forum post earlier, so you must've figured it out!? Hope someone can help.

@NBN_Australia We did with Optus, swapped to 2 weeks ago to Telstra same issue nothing ever resolved. Clearly a problem at your end that no one cares about. Probably lodge complaint with ombudsman.
