We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

If you are in a remote rural area with no other options, it's a great service - but you should expect to pay $139/month, not $75, and you must remember to return the dish if you cancel.

At least once a day, but usually several times a day, the service drops out. Previously reported; NBN ‘tested’ & says it’s OK. IT IS NOT. … 1/2
