  @kelvincent18 @NBN_Australia I know where the tower is. The maintenance was completed on Thursday. That’s when the problems started. It isn’t overselling. It is botched maintenance.

  “NBN is planning some maintenance in your area”. The window is Monday to Friday next week. Outages expected to be 5 hours and 8hrs. No indication of when during the 109hr window. $50 says @NBN_Australia completely **** this up again.

  @jenny_sinclair @NBN_Australia Supposedly. From Thursday afternoon until last night it was down because some muppet screwed up the maintenance on Thursday. The whole town was effectively down. NBN Co didn’t care.

  @NBN_Australia I have lost my internet since around 7:30am today. My provider says there is NBN outage in my area (Leichhardt, NSW 2040). No explanation, no ETA and I am supposed to work from home. I have lost half a day already and not sure when I will have my service back.

  @macsween_prue @SenPaterson Luckily our NBN is **** & it takes hackers 3 months to download a 2 Gig file, they should use satellite like Stu Robert's 12k a month connection

  @acmadotgov @Scamwatch_gov I know that. I’ve been to the website. I didn’t “suffer any losses”, which it asks for. The only information I have is in the screenshot provided. One was nbn disconnecting your service (12:13), the other was an afp arrest threat - both recorded messages. I have no other info.

  @NBN_Australia It was lodged, and supposed to have someone come today, but nbn rescheduled to next week without explanation. Your technician disconnected us without warning while fixing neighbours access and now no one available to reconnect us, leaving us without phone or net. Worst service.

  Again, wanted to play rust today, but the second I go to do so, NBN is like "nah **** you, we gonna cut your internet off for no reason and never update our site to tell you where the fault is taking place, so stay in the dark, and we'll try our best to help via Twitter"
