    @Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

    @Telstra No outages in my area. probs been ongoing for 2 weeks. NBN just doesn't work in regional Qld

    @NBN_Australia I'm using my providers POI checker and it says that the connection is still FTTC rather than FTTP. (Service was connected on Saturday)

    @arnold_kaela I’ve been lucky that they have fixed things quickly. The shower head broke (it is a handheld on a pole and the height of it wouldn’t stay up) and they replaced the whole thing 😟 I didn’t even ask. My only issue has been this whole NBN saga.

    For Starlink to take market share from NBN in Australia, Starlink needs to remove the $799 fee for the satellite dish and $139 month to month fee. Replace it with an $89, 36 month locked-in contract, which totals to $3,204 per customer over a 36 month period. @elonmusk

    @telstra the Gen2 NBN modems seem to be capable of crashing devices on the wireless network is this a general Gen2 issue or do I just have a dodgy one?

    @DanielleWarby We're sorry your service has been impacted, Danielle. Overnight, nbn completed emergency repairs to nbn's Satellite Earth Station (SES) at Geraldton, which was affecting some nbn™ Sky Muster Satellite customers across Australia. In addition to this, nbn has moved all 1/2

    @Telstra I was told an NBN tech would be sent out on Thursday, just received a text saying they won't be sending out anyone after further testing and that the issue is resolved, which I hope it is.
