    @Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

    @NBN_Australia visiting in Brisbane, house is in a locked #telstra service area. Modem turned off accidentally, turned back on, now no internet. Apparently happens regularly. Thank God I don't have to put up with #telstra they are crap. Thank god I am with #aussiebroadband

    @Aussie_BB What’s going on with the stupid NBN tonight? Three quarters through a movie on @disneyplus and it’s gone out 4 times and currently still out. (on Ringwood POI)

    @Zoom It looks like my nbn modem was blocking zoom. I had to make a change in the modem settings....now I can get zoom no problem

    @glenpen60 @MSMWatchdog2013 The NBN / Telstra one was doing my head in last week, call after call after call, I’m not sure why, as I was very keen to engage, but they would hang up a few moments in? Very strange

    So I call TPG. NBN told them there was never going to be a tech visit. No one told me, but okay. Why no visit? NBN Co said it was not their problem, because they had been told to deactivate the line. WHEN THE PREVIOUS OWNERS MOVED OUT.
