    @Telstra No outages in my area. probs been ongoing for 2 weeks. NBN just doesn't work in regional Qld

    @Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

    Apparently I have @NBN_Australia FTTC. The tech who came to fix my issue showed me my connection. My house > pit > across street to another pit where it goes into a joint. Then goes 100m up the street where it eventually connects to the DPU box. Might as well have FTTN.

    @JulianAndrew63 and oh my, poor liddle diddems gladdys.she said look, even I haven't seen my mummy or daddy for two weeks. WTF ? is that all ? but she hooks up with them every day with lightning fast NBN and perfect wifi at taxpayer expense.

    I realise it’s small bananas, but I’ve tried to do 3 simple things recently: - shut down 2 @nab credit cards - turn off a Messagebank service - make an NBN appointment which they adhere to Months later, none are complete tho horizon in view. Totally bewildering and infuriating

    @farrm51 Be patient it will happen. Also do you have a password for your 5G we want to piggyback as my NBN is bad.

    @NBN_Australia @AAPTHQ @TPG_Telecom could be the worst customer service combo in history. Their service is as crap as the rotten cables they run into our houses. Avoid them both if you can (and I know NBN is a monopoly). Retweet if you have had bad service from NBN.

    @pauld08 @albericie Ironically my Telstra cable service will be heaps faster than the upcoming NBN service that will replace it, go figure.

    @Telstra Still no mobile service since Saturday morning. Telstra don't offer ADSL/NBN to our address. We are a bit out of the way. The satellite plans are awful. I have the same data on my phone, 80g, as the sat net. At 25mbps.

    @NBN_Australia @superloopnet 3TMN - Tullamarine issue, affecting multiple Superloop users since 1AM this morning. No updates on Service Disruptions. Can we please put some effort into resolving this asap? It's very difficult whilst we're in a lockdown and need to WFH!
