@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

Update: after a few more mistakes (technician going to wrong address etc), the @NBN_Australia issue with my Mum is still not sorted. They remain a cruel and useless company. Getting close to lawsuit territory really. Shout out also to the useless provider, @moretelecomau

@smiffy Cheers! There's definitely a planned maintenance that's currently taking place but it seems that it should not have a major impact on your service. Let's try an extended power cycle. Turn off the NBN connection box and modem for 10 minutes, turn them back on, wait 1/2

@michaelmeloni yes, exact same problem - it’s not our connections or even the NBN, it’s 7’s feed from Japan or the relay servers at the CDN level

NBN down with literally two minutes warning. @Aussie_BB alert hit my phone, then bam - no net for three hours. First world problems, yeah, but I was in the middle of the first session of an online Call of Cthulhu game.

@mpesce @trib To be using that much power, most of it is going to the servos moving the dish I think. NBN satellite used about 25w or less. I would probably have to shut it down overnight (no big deal now I also have 4G) but still a drain on the old lead-acids.

@Rubicon_NZ Just using the 7 plus app, no issues here but do have a 1000mb/s NBN. Just if 7 or 7 mate are showing something switch over to that match on the games channels, international commentary
