@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

@NBN_Australia Is working from home considered an essential service? Because it is to me. My employer expects me to be online during business hours and yet I am dealing with NBN issues when there is severe weather. I have 4G failover for a reason and that is because we cannot rely on the NBN.

@jim_healy @NBN_Australia Hi James, I can only speculate as business and management decisions like this are a bit above me, but I suspect it is more to do with network capacity. As residential usage would be by far the biggest percentage of TC4 service backhaul bandwidth would be weighted that way. -Adam

@NBN_Australia Thanks Matt. Bottom Line, OPTUS say it is YOUR Issue and they are NOT getting ANY Support from your internal team. The NBN Tech & OPTUS Tech say the phone line is broken, OPTUS are asking you to fix it, YOU are doing NOTHING. See the Frustration? And NBN pretend they are exempt.

@debbishdotcom Hi Deborah, It is quite possible the storm has caused some issues. If the NBN box is still showing a red light after restarting. You would need to follow up with our customer service team via Phone or even Live chat to look into it further and raise a fault if needed. - Adam

@NotDoritosChip Sooooo 1. Modem almost caught on fire, bought a new modem. 2. NBN is working doing schedule work in my node, that then for upgraded to a “repair” and is “pending” 3. I was meant to be part of a minecraft race and now NBN let everyone down...

@iTnews_au One of the worst work done by NBN. How come NBN haven't tested and analyzed before making it public? This shows how low skilled people are working in NBN.

@mslaust @MFWitches Turnbull stuffed the NBN for Abbott and promoted Morrison and gave Dutton a super department. Bent over backward to rwnj to become PM. A man too clever by half and undermined the public service enough to allow scomo to get away with the **** he does. He is the worst.

@NBN_Australia It would be great for someone to address the underlying issue or at least identify the issue. Intermittent packet loss is frustrating. Also, my 4G wont failover due to the intermittent nature of the issue.
