@Telstra been trying to get thru to your NBN service ppl for the last 2 days. Cant get thru or sit there for hours with no response. Then it says go on line. Bit hard when you have No NBN to check. #terribleservice #UnAcceptible

@smiffy I wasn’t aware the NBN has customers. I thought they were just the wholesaler. I only use mobile technology. 5G/4G with Telstra. Very reliable. Optus in parts of Geelong is as bad as dialup

Vodafone ping time down to a mean 50ms - about what I’d expect from NBN, when playing nicely. Not going to bother reporting this - reckon someone isn’t making SLA, so will be getting expensive, so hopefully a fast (overnight) fix.

@NBN_Australia Just called my Stepdad, he’s going to call them now. Going to see what else can be done on my end. No outage on your end, which is good news in general. Once I’m working full time again I’m changing providers. This isn’t the first time in the last month.

@NBN_Australia The provider is Telstra and they have issued a letter saying either disconnect and get refund or just continue to pay for a service you can’t deliver given they are 91 and need the connection guess how Feel about those options

@NBN_Australia can anyone please explain why the nbn speed is so slow in the 2576 post code? 13 mbs is sub even standard offers yet telco’s want the same fee? FTN clearly has failed to deliver the promise of 100 mbs AUS wide
