    @Jane_L_Kennedy @Telstra And of course he believed it, afterall, the people at telstra told him the NBN called. 6 hours they kept him on the phone and ended up costing my dad $19,000. Absolutely ridiculous and when he called telstra, they didn't give a ****. Switched to optus. Safer /3

    @suziesheehy My brother said he’s never seen one w/ 3 cables but should be the Foxtel one unless it’s a retrofit from prev users & need an adapter to change the connection… best bet might be NBN tho as your ISP may deflect anyways 🤔 He has a hybrid box at home tho & can check if it helps?

    @taipan168 And Telstra only faces minimum service guarantees in a very small component of the business where they continue to hold assets that used to be owned by the government. That's shrinking over time as the NBN buys out the copper.

    @schmidtyr71 I had NBN call me on Tuesday morning out of the blue. I begged them to come over, which they did. I had one technician, then two spend all day and half the following, fixing the issue. The ISP called me when they were there, telling me they were escalating my matter.

    So, TPG needs the S/N number of my NBN box to problem solve why there’s no connection, but the S/N sticker is missing, and NBN wants me to call my internet provider, who can’t help me because I can’t give them the S/N number. Talk about going round in circles 🙄

    This is my 5th message this year advising nbn co is doing running repairs on the lnp’s botched nbn. “Hi from Telstra. NBN Co are performing network updates in your area on 3 June 2022. Your internet service may be interrupted” - meantime it’s buffering & disconnects galore

    @__Rounders__ @mattrfrancis Done that as well. When the Foxtel/NBN bloke came last time he told me I never needed to worry about the aerial socket again. And the aerial cable they provided isn't compatible with the Foxtel box.

I wont be sitting on hold for 45 minutes and speaking to someone in Malaysia about problems in Australia that won't get looked at. This whole street has copped it. Litterally all of your hardware is underwater. Do what you will with this information 🤝🏼

    So it’s now 3 months since I started my ‘relocation’ with @Optus who keep pointing to @NBN_Australia and vice-versa. We are broadband ready but not recognised. Surely @kbrspace we can do better to help a loyal customer move to a new home. Asking for help and assistance #Moving

That's fine, we'll just wait till the whole street goes down and you have to drain the pits. It's reported. You know about it as does everyone else in this public tweet.     @JoshFrydenberg A 2 year wait & 2 years on we get worse internet in Balwyn Nth (Kooyong) under your nbn than previous adsl with regular messages like this “Hi, We have added additional data to your Telstra Smart Modem back up to keep you connected while we fix your NBN service”

    What a rubbish broadcasting is this? Probably you need to increase the servers, watching the #Ashes on @kayosports is a pain in the back with buffering issues. I'm on 50MBPS NBN. #KayoSports

    @MRowlandMP My telco just reoffered me broadband connection at a lower rate. I've noted that all the service interruptions for maintenance in the last couple of weeks have done nothing to improve the NBN.

    NBN provider Belong (Telstra spinoff) contacted me today: it's increasing my price & cutting internet speed. If I don't like it I can: (a) Take another package ie pay even more, or (b) Find another provider. Great marketing Belong. **** off, I'll find another provider.

    @NBN_Australia 12th day and still no updates and progress. Is it really so difficult to rectify ntd miss-match / data integrity issue that nobody has even a resolution date. And I am in touch with my provider and they don’t even have any new progress/update since last mid week.

    @MyRepublicAU I did send a message and the only reply I got was saying it’s a problem with NBN. 24 hours on I still don’t have internet and didn’t at least get an ETA!
