@Optus Worst service I’ve ever recommend. Have been trying to connect NBN. No one in your call centres seem to know what to do.
-
hall 🇹🇼 (@pretzelssign) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@NBN_Australia that’d be great if every day from 2pm-11pm the wifi wasn’t so unbearably slow that I can’t even load a webpage. I went to South Korea and it really gave a perspective as to how horrifyingly slow NBN is
-
Jack Webber (@jack_webbbb) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales

@factanonverba69 but the second biggest failure was Malcolm’s fibre to the node NBN network
-
Justin Holland (@novahollandia) reported from Maitland, State of New South Wales
@Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.
-
Justin Holland (@novahollandia) reported from Maitland, State of New South Wales
@Telstra hi, my wife's NBN has been down for 2 days. She's rung several times only for her call to ring out. Pretty hard to run a business with no NBN.
-
Tony Brown (@tony4newcastle) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
My Telstra nbn broadband network has been down all day from an alleged cyber attack
-
Njubi Ng’ang’a 🇰🇪 (@njubi_eric) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

@DoctorKarl Damn straight. We’re 20 years behind with the NBN. We could have been world leaders yet now I think we’re out of the top 20 in terms of speed.
-
Billy back in the black n broke HALLELUJAH (@RoyanWg) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@LesStonehouse Nothing about the shit NBN that the LNP/IPA Government has foisted upon the public instead of the world leading broadband it was supposed to be we are left with the inadequate bastardized system that Malcolm Turnbull/Abbott gave us
-
Lenny (@fat_lenny) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.
-
Adam Rope (reality is stranger than fiction) (@adlrope) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

Lazy Travel Days ✈️ ⛴ 🚘 (@lazytraveldays) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@adamajacoby NBN intentionality shit to benefit Murdoch
-
Nigel Mullen (@NigelBill) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@exetel @chuggins9000 @NBN_Australia Thanks Rehan, but it is not an Exetel problem, all my neighbours have the same problem. NBN Co decided not to deluver high speed internet infrastucture to our Adamstown Heights area.
-
Nigel Mullen (@NigelBill) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.
-
Julian 🇦🇺 (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, State of New South Wales
@ScottMorrisonMP you lot have done your bit on cracking down on the Internet by giving us this shitty version of NBN. Can’t stream video and type on the net half the time with this shit.
-
Craig Gedye (@DrCraigGedye) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales
@Internode once again our @NBN_Australia connection is out because it has rained. Please fix the physical connection to our house. It is NOT a problem in our house. It is a problem with your ancient corroded copper network. Please repair immediately.

Citizen | Therapy (@CitizenTherapy) reported
@jgrogan222 Stop using the internet. Stop paying bills online. See what the government and NGO's do then. the NBN would have been a waste of time then, wouldn't it? A bonus is that the public would most probably be more healthy also. The country would shut down. Power to the people.
-
nyyyko - anti-communofascist (@nyyyko_neeko) reported
@Suzierizzo1 Of course you can, but should you. Australia ran this exercise nationwide. Terrible speeds and connectivity. Of course it all had to be done so the NBN project took more than twice as long and triple the cost.

@CaraMia200 NBN = Nowhere Bloody Near. A big part of the problem is the bottleneck between Australia and the rest of the world. It's by design thanks to Murdoch and his ilk.
-
Michael (@Doggiesman) reported
@CaraMia200 I will never forget Turnball saying we only need 25 Mbps - stuffed the entire NBN and we are still paying for their stupid mistakes
-
Anthony Widdowson 🐦 (@skyfire747) reported
Thinking wether our @iiNet router needs replacing. We have the TGiiNet-1, (I think) and it is slow to get going if we ever have to turn it off and back on. Seems we have had it for 19 years and 9 months. Just wish I knew when the NBN upgrade was going to happen, still on fttn.
-
D.A. O’Connot (@ConnotD621) reported
@Bk_for45 And this is how it’s handed down from generation to generation. Entitlement 101. NBN.
-

@AntBA013 @DavidPocock Remember the great NBN FIX? When it was finished - to late, we had wireless and Star link! But now ALP are going to improve NBN.
-
humper (@GrumparseJeremy) reported
@agentsmart Malcolm did his best American and spread the wealth to his mates and socialised a slow nbn. That the nbn charges more. Then slows it down further.
