@ZachWeiner Part of the other side of the issue was that once the NBN came into your area, the original phone lines shut down, so you had to get an NBN plan. A lot of telcos shoved people onto a 12 Mbps plan, which was never designed for internet use, only as a phone line

@PostingGeneral @MrKRudd I think at the time it was because they'd be suggesting making telecom again and they'd have to put it on the budget. Was hard to convince the voters to support the NBN plan, imagine trying to convince them to put it on the budget

@NBN_Australia Please spend more time fixing the infrastructure you have already put it. My nbn connection was lost during a storm last week, service provider said its an nbn issue and all they can do is lodge the fault, nbn still hasn't given me a time they can fix it.

@NBN_Australia NBN in my area is a joke, it’s like a lottery, I come home from work and on a good day it’s on and has dial-up speed. I’ve had 5 technicians out and nothing has changed, “too far away from the node mate, sorry “ But yeah, this will surely help…..

@NBN_Australia Hey @NBN_Australia During a power outage today my generator worked fine to keep me working from home but the nearby copper node died after 2hrs (no noise from fans). How long should batts keep nodes running and when do you deploy gensets? #RuleYourNodes

@NBN_Australia I’ve had nothing but problems for the last 4 days.. moved into my new home and being told I have to wait till MARCH before I can get a connection? Come on. Everyone else in my neighborhood has it but my house. Everyone in my house works from home. Unacceptable.

@10NewsFirst @vanOnselenP His broken election promise already biting his arse. Airbus Albo is now going to spend a gazillion dollars on a scheme that makes Kevin O Lemon’s NBN look like a study in economic conservatism.
