Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@NBN_Australia I find that unacceptable. There is clearly an underlying issue in the region that has nothing to do with the ISPs

  • JilJilchap Jil Chapman (@JilJilchap) reported from Braidwood, State of New South Wales

@Telstra No. The trouble started as soon as I hooked up the new router & nbn box & I rang a number as instructed in the direction booklet. Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.

@Optus Hey Sarah, I have ongoing issues with hotspotting (and my home NBN connection currently down - not an Optus fault), and logged in this a.m on the app to ask for support. After a 51 minute delay, one of your team took 20+ mi s to verify that I have enough data so still waiting 🙁

@NBN_Australia my 1st issue is telstra paying slave wages and getting billions to fix nbn and probably jobkeeper as well. Secondly it is 3rd world country and goes out all the time especially after midnight. Thirdly it should be socialised and nearly free as now a necessity of modern life.

  • Umes5 Umesh Ratnagobal (@Umes5) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi Khan, I did look there and yes there is an outage. Since 8:50am. No information from anyone at NBN about what caused it or an ETA - it’s not exactly great. No one has given my ISP any info either.

Guess I better get used to the NBN being down whenever it rains a little

@Telstra I see you’re online, stop ignoring me and fix your damn **** because i’ve done everything else to try and fix this thing, including getting one of your brilliant NBN people out here to fix it, but nope, guess what? STILL GOT A RED OPTICAL LIGHT. FUN.

@BernardKeane The NBN at his home is as bad as it is for the rest of us? Not that it's really an answer.....

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet I’d love to. But now I get to spend my SECOND Friday night in a row talking to you guys after nbn gave us a née box today and STILL it’s dropped out 3 times already. Time for this ultra loyal customer to change providers.

  • TheOtherDibbler TheOtherDibbler (@TheOtherDibbler) reported

@Telstra If I can possibly get my connection speed increased back to a useable level while waiting for the NBN to switch back to the fixed network that would be several levels of excellent b/c I've been hotspotting off my phone and it's eating up all my data.
