    @Optus what the actual hell is going on? NBN 5g is down since last Friday, close to no phone service, I can’t use my phone, can’t use my wifi, get it together Optus, I see about 1000 posts here with unhappy customers unable to get basic service that we all pay for.

    @ClaraChongMCF @iiNet Hi, Clara… my service provider (iiNet) have sent me messages saying that NBNCo are investigating an outage in Darlo area. It’s definitely an NBN issue, I think; 2nd light flashing on black NBN box, which I think means there’s no NBN connection. Happened about 3 wks ago, too.

    Hey @NBN_Australia please check your DMs. I would like to have my safety devices on the property working, as well as my internet. Trying to run a business out here! Who’s stupid idea was it to do maintenance 6am to 6pm for days on end? Bloody idiots! You paying my phone data? 🤬
