    @weupshitcreekoz Apparently the tower was affected by the NBN loss during blackout. Not obvious at home because of the power loss. Three days later when power returned the modem had no input for a full month. The phone to tower had severely limited service. Driving to another cell was a temp fix

    @kbrspace kindly look into this issue: What a poor service from @Optus ,closed a ticket without resolution after making me to wait for more than 10 days. Ref number 200102418. Also, bad NBN booster won’t connect to the modem at all. Deeply dissatisfied with it service.

    @JaneCaro Living between Australia and New Zealand,I get to contrast the rubbish that is NBN and a proper fibre to the premise broadband. NZ works perfectly and a min speed of 300mbps for $65/ month. In Aus I get 80mbps if lucky and all the same problems you are experiencing and I pay $95.
