    @Martywa467 @VoteLewko @Starlink NBN faults are dealt with via the telcos. After four cancelled appointments by NBN after Telstra said it was an NBN issue ( it was), I bought a Telstra 5G router and threw out the NBN box. I would prefer Starlink but it has a congestion charge in our area of $700.

    @1Alboforpm Considering Labor designed the NDIS, Libs and Labs together gave us the NBN, Libs and Labs the submarine fiasco? How's the tax on tobacco going in stopping smoking as opposed to feeding organised crime? Pot / kettle Their sudden growth will result in messes, poor communication and confusion between newly formed members but their sudden growth is do to the F up by these 2 major parties. Oh... and ...     @DoodyDarren @CovfefeDnUnder Can NBN do this? No, and it never will. Of course wired networks, such as aarpnet are way better for some applications. The fallacy is that NBN is about technology, when it’s about a cross subsidy.

    @leftright314 The nbn was dead before it even started. Putting a 1970's tech in the ground in the 2000's was retarded. But now we are going to waste more money trying for peak retard. Putting up a 3rd rate satellite network with a bloke who rockets blow up before launch. Typical labor.

    I woke up to find my Internet is down. I'm typing this via an unusably slow emergency backup mobile access function. I hope my fibre connectivity comes back up soon. The problem is with either my ISP(RSP), or the #NBN, more likely the former.

    @BeauGiles Typically, no. For the cost of a backup device/SIM/NBN or even Starlink, it would pay for itself in an hour of an outage like this!

    @AussieWirraway 3+ month 3 different RSP's and still can't get NBN co to connect a FTTN service.

    To be fair. The LNP destroyed what we could have had with the NBN. And you’re comparing jellyfish with drongos. These are different solutions for different problems.
