Yet once you have NBN pass you property you have no option.....total disaster

    @Telstra Hours never happend, then a promise again to call 24-48 later never happened also. We hadn’t received a order number only a reference number from the text chat. Tiffany had changed our plan keeping our nbn and cutting off our foxtel and giving us a free Telstra tv box

    @NBN_Australia service failures, requiring hardware replacement are not a 'scheduled outage' and sending an sms saying it is, is misleading and false. Service down since 1pm for the 'scheduled outage' you told. Me about at 108pm.

    @surround77 @NBN_Australia I contacted the ombudsman. Was told you can't make a complaint against NBN Co, only against your provider. There is no avenue to lodge a complaint against NBN Co. I even contacted my local MP. Speaking with a supervisor at my provider, he agreed that NBN Co is a protected species
