    During the big storm yesterday our @NBN_Australia box blew. Not being repaired until 20th! Some people are on their 9th box. Repair times are random with some repaired today, tomorrow & next week. @stemplemanmp doing a great job trying to help us & prevent regular reoccurrences!

    @NBN_Australia The main problem is some providers take days to “diagnose” the issue when it’s v. clear what the problem is. This wastes time & resources. In areas of high failure @NBN_Australia should have some technicians based in the community to maintain this infrastructure! @stemplemanmp

    @alvinfoo It’s still much the same in Australia with the ridiculous fibre to the node nbn instead of to the home. Our hopelessly slow speeds & that’s if you even have access to the nbn. That’s what our idiot cheapskate LNP govt have given Australia amongst a litany of costly failures.

    @geoffrey_payne @vision_iii Margins of the providers have been eaten up by wholesale costs. It’s worse now than it was when Telstra owned the fixed line network. Telcos avoiding the NBN makes the NBN business worse and more of a loss for taxpayers

    @MPX_Trader @Telstra We had same issues. I think what fixed it for us is having the NBN box connect directly to a power point on the wall and not through power board. Is your computer an all in one?

    I'm still paying for this service that barely works for some reason. The @VocusComm @DodoAustralia internet is piss poor. On the NBN 50mbs plan and can only get 12-18mbs max. Looking at other forums, most outside the @VocusComm group get far higher speeds.

    Also, @VodafoneAU can go **** themselves. Loyal customer for 23 years, and for no reason (and still noone knows how or why) my nbn account got closed. And again for no known reason, I can't set up a new account because I'm not passing credit check.Never been late with a bill ever

    @PRGuy17 @ColettaFrank The debt isn't the problem. The problem is we have very little to show for the staggering level of public funds spent by these spivs. 3rd rate NBN, shite rail systems, poorly maintained public schools, tightening soc. sec system, etc
