  The nbn is down rn and dodo’s report says it started at 12:58 and the NBN reckon it started at 16:29 which is. Probably incorrect

  @loftwah They didn't even finish the NBN 1.0 so it makes sense. One of my mates had an NBN contract and he got paid stupid amounts of money and he said he'd finish by 2pm, took long lunches and could push appointments by saying he was too busy. Zero oversight. Huge rort.

  @TopherField Our sports club is 12.5km from Darwin's CBD and there is no NBN provisioning and the available wireless is dogshit. So yeah, Starlink it is and things have never been better.

  @theheraldsun NBN had a chance but on purpose provided a rediculous garbage service backed by a corrupt corporation of a govt. Just look at their failure ads blaming a jug or toaster. They really wanted it to all fail & succeeded at it

  @GusLefty The LNP let the NDIS run away. Deliberately in an attempt to make it unsustainable and shut it down. It's what they do. Medicare. NBN. Veterans. Robodebt.

Some of 'em have 2 walk 6ks up the road 2 GET MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL. HELLO, HELLO? Oh!   @TopherField NBN will pale in comparison to the data centre **** show. Elon has spoken of SpaceX’s new data centre satellite constellation that won’t require water for cooling or electricity. But we’ll race ahead and ruin neighborhoods and farmland building irrelevant infrastructure anyway.

  Further update, Mum was just on the phone with Optus and apparently Optus (an internet provider) isn’t able to call NBN to fix this, they can only text message them. Or at least that’s the line they are spitting out about the network degradations DO YOUR JOB!!!

  @TopherField I tried for 6 months to get my faulty NBN fixed (FTTN - copper/xdsl for the last 0.9km). NBN blamed the retailer who blamed NBN. I gave up and put in Starlink and have never looked back (4 years ago). NBN dug up the street 2 years ago to install fibre to the premises - I have a pit at the boundary of my property. My property is marked as 'NBN Ready'. Problem is that they never actaully pulled any fibre in the street !! The NBN is a huge scam.

  @NBN_Australia @ausgov If I ran my business like you I’d be bankrupt - you get away with it - too bad I’m going to Starlink - hope Starlink puts you out of business - how about paying me for my leave day!!!
