    @NBN_Australia I hope U understand that lowering upload on fixed wireless was one of the stupidest moves I've seen U do. U have the equipment to improve this fixed wireless infrastructure but U seem to not care even if U put a 800million upgrade to fix issues on the towers #nbn

    @NBN_Australia Already done that, you have been running tests and trying to fix my net under two different ISPs for the last 4 years and this is STILL happening.

    @Optus Yes, and I replied as I can’t get the Optus store people to serve me to cancel NBN. This was even before the Christmas rush.

    @NBN_Australia If the fix is to change the box again without investigating it any further then I’ll be making a more formal complaint to the appropriate organisation

    @BoganFit @dangerelis So basically your Telstra modem has switched to it’s built in 4G connection. This has a limit of a couple of hundred MB of traffic, which you go through quickly. Then you get this message. Either your NBN connection is down, or there is an issue with the modem.
