  @status_is_down @VodafoneAU mobile network is always very weak along Parish Street and Harvest Street in Elara Marsden Park. Now NBN is also down in MP, and Vodafone is very unreliable.

  Personally, I still reckon Jane Goldsmith should be included in the mix as Nine have continued to give her network fill-in roles even after the announcement that NBN is going to WIN. Jayne Azzopardi you'd think, is more likely to fill-in for Sarah Abo as co-presenter of Today.

  @ruicharadrius lol do you live in the middle of nowhere or something? NBN is fairly quick in most places. I get 250 down, 50 up for a decent amount for a decent amount and no downtime.

  @Optus we were on the phone to OPTUS for THREE HOURS to some operator in India, we just wanted to move to a faster NBN plan, and they could not migrate our old account over. NIGHTMARE and Optus are outsourcing their support to useless people in India

  As usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

  @Optus told me i could have s refund on my nbn bill after i told them i was going to ACCC and then conveniently the chat got disconnected (my mobile service also with optus. cant wait to be finished on that contract!) then its off to literally any other provider

  @RobToThheOz @over9000AU @AvidCommentator Making them good for top ups not but as a primarily fuel source. Two, VPP has never been tried at a city scale and would require a lot of new telecommunications infrastructure to implemented ie. we would have to implement a proper NBN rollout of some sort.

  @basedhaerin @50ShadesOfSeoul Data cap home internet plans used to be common before the NBN. Yeah true they were mostly a drastically slowed service rather than a hard stop (like slowed to dial up speeds), or there would be exceeds usage charges. However they were advertised as X GB per month.

  Never liked MTV, but wouldn't tolerate d3ath threats against any channel, MTV, mayadeen, Manar, Aljadeed, Future, LBCi, OTV, NBN. Unacceptable by any measures. Imperfect and biased like most of our channels, but not as much as some. Ma badda hal2ad. I see blind unfounded hate

  @Telstra now it’s a joke hey! Hamlyn Terrace and surrounding areas without 5G for the last couple of days. If you can’t fix or find the fault how about deploying mobile towers. Not everyone has NBN connectivity.
