@bigjsl @iPilko @NBN_Australia He literally was not equipped to fix it. This requires digging up conduit and climbing a power pole. They were equipped to do basic cable repairs, not civil engineering work.

NO SHIT SHERLOCK - TAKE A LOOK AT THE FSCKING PHOTOS AND TELL ME IF IT LOOKS FIXED AS YOUR EMAIL CLAIMS. Sorry for that, but the lack of giving-a-fsck from your end is astonishing.
