    Trying to get @NBN_Australia via @Optus however #NBN did not turn up for the appointment and no contact ever since regardless of constant requests. Optus blame NBN and NBN have ghosted us. Super poor form from both. Thinking on how to escalate so that they both can hear 🤔

    @Telstra Not so far, by the time I went to the service page, everything was back up to speed. I think it should be up to Telstra to sort it out with NBN rather than me have it to do it. That would be very good service.

    @JohnRHewson You must know already that there is no shame in this government. Robodebt, NBN fail, Aged Care NEGLECT, Biodiversity & Extinction shame, all before starting on MDB disaster and ongoing corruption at a level never seen in Australia and an economy fallen from 3rd to 25th in OECD.

    @Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

    @JohnRHewson I live in North Ryde we have poor mobile phone coverage (all telcos) but if I have had a videoconference I had to use mobile connection and my uni kids did same for exams etc. @foxtel NBN hopeless. Trying a new retailer to see if improves.

    NBN down with literally two minutes warning. @Aussie_BB alert hit my phone, then bam - no net for three hours. First world problems, yeah, but I was in the middle of the first session of an online Call of Cthulhu game.

    @Telstra Troubleshooting showed no issues on our end. We had the NBN technician here when the initial set up did not work, but he sorted all that out from the FTTC pit to the house. Only a few weeks back.

LNP promote FTTN as replacing majority of copper with fibre, but deliberately didn't mention they would leave the part of the copper which causes 99% of the issues with reliability and speed and requires significant maintenance to keep working. #nbn.

    @LeenaVanD @YaThinkN This is Uncle Rupee with his nose out of joint and pushing the Gov for this. He screwed us over with the poorer internet capabilities (his cable network would suffer) the NBN has cost the Public Purse over $50B and it's a dud and will probably need to be redone.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia Due to technical difficulties, we cannot assign someone to fix your technical difficulties. Please return to go. Do not collect $200. Start the entire process again. Someone may or may not call you within 24hrs to tell you to start again.
