@Wolfie_Rankin I found I was using phone data more than my home internet because my NBN would be down so frequently

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@DanielBleakley A LNP Governed one.....$78+m bonuses for executives of a fckd up NBN service but $4.00 A day for the disadvantaged

  • thatdesigner that designer (@thatdesigner) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

  • JasonUmiker Jason Umiker (@JasonUmiker) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@dougrathbone The only reason NBN is expensive is the government is saying it needs to pay the money back they’ve invested in it and building the network (they didn’t list it was an expense on the federal budget but a loan). If they just wrote down their investment NBN could lower prices (1/2)

  • nizarnoor Nizar Noor (@nizarnoor) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@smh @zoesam93 NBN is crap. Was supposed to be faster and cheaper than ADSL but look at where we are. What a disgrace.

  • EICostheta Reg Boyle (@EICostheta) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Just as well we had the NBN to save thousands of lives and the Australian economy when people could stay home and work. It must have paid for itself. Waddle we do next? Inland high-speed rail through Barnaby's paddock? It'll never make a profit of course. #QT at 2 and find out

  • dropbear2_0 The Drop Bear 🦇 (@dropbear2_0) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet nbn says everything is up and running yet wifi down since yesterday evening in inner west Sydney. Your website says everything is fine too, how do I get an answer?

  • PeterBell7 Peter Bell (@PeterBell7) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@LesStonehouse **** ... worse than NBN this government is stupendously inept & costly

  • TheMikeOD Michael O'Donnell (@TheMikeOD) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The man at my apartment to fix my nbn just asked me how far over 40 I was and honestly it’s ruined my Mardi Gras.

  • DameDivaDan Danielle Lonnon (@DameDivaDan) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Amy, thank you. But the problem is, it's Friday Peak, & @telstra can only provide a service from your NBN infrastructure. Yes all Telcos in Australia are terrible because what you have given them is terrible. This is the NBNs fault. Antiquated infrastructure from you.

  • melmuscat melissa (@melmuscat) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Are @Telstra the worst provider for @NBN_Australia ?? Asking for a friend. Second night sitting here without internet. Im a teacher. I was also out for days in December whilst at home trying to conduct parent teacher interviews. Who’s going to explain to irate parents?

  • fmulla_comms Farooq Mulla (@fmulla_comms) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

At last, connected. Only took @VodafoneAU @NBN_Australia nearly 4 weeks and constant chasing. It shouldn’t have been this challenging & time consuming - clearly something not right, won’t hold my breath for apology or compensation. I’ll treat myself to some @GreysABC #andbreathe

  • fridley James Fridley (@fridley) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Should never be surprised how insanely terrible the @NBN_Australia service is. 2nd day of "tech support", and 2nd time it has been rescheduled due to "bad weather". What bad weather? No rain, no wind... Are clouds now bad weather?? O_o

  • KatieMcRobert1 Katie McRobert (@KatieMcRobert1) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hey @NBN_Australia - booked ANOTHER appt to get ANOTHER replacement box after ANOTHER storm event fried it. Will be our 4th - other locals up to 7 or 8. And yes I use surge protectors & unplug if home etc. surely it would be cheaper to fix source issue?? @SusanTempleman

  • phazzles Pfizer Phazz (@phazzles) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Emergency NBN outage. Estimated time 2 hours 🙄

  • ptovey01 Phillip Tovey (@ptovey01) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

**** you @Optus. Supposedly I have an NBN modem that has 4G connection, but there ain't no connection. One of the worst decisions to come to Optus. Seriously annoyed by you guys, can't get anything right.

  • phazzles OnlyPhazz (@phazzles) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    My nbn is down

  • dropbear2_0 The Drop Bear 🦇 (@dropbear2_0) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Is it really possible nbn is still down after last nights storm in Sydney’s inner west? FFS 🤬

  • AUSFestivus Andrew Best shaving yaks ... mking endorphins (@AUSFestivus) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Odd. Just got a recorded call from @NBN_Australia saying my landline service is being disconnected. I pressed 1 to speak to them about it. Call was answered by “Mark” in the NBN office. When I asked him exactly which office it was he hung up! How rude.

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@AlboMP LNP Govt & Murdoch's Trash Media, destroyed our NBN, it's overpriced, poor technology, continually drops out, hardly ever above 100mbps, really worth about 25bn at best & how much to fix, just given another $3bn+ for what

@QuentinDempster Just a heads up. I got Labor's Fibre to the Home NBN. I have a 1Gbit yes GIGABIT connection to the Internet. For $99/mth. Imagine if we all had a GIGABIT connection. That NEVER breaks down. LABOR.

  • TWlSTIES Twisties (@TWlSTIES) reported

@NBN_Australia @nokia Internet has been down for two almost 3 days, what could have happened to take this long to get us back up and running? Contacted ISP and they said it's not up to them

  • SLR________ SLR (@SLR________) reported

@Gill_Kladnig73 @Telstra Agree. Telstra assistants are in here asking people to DM them when this is quite clearly not an isolated issue. The entire of Canberra is affected, and that includes NBN, 4G and 5G, yet no update.

  • jsal0988 JP (@jsal0988) reported

@AnnastaciaMP I mean we really should double down on products that have shown short@duration of action, ineffective and highly toxic? Another nbn..wasted taxpayer funds

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@GuoShixi Hi Shixi, are you back online? Is it marked as resolved in the NBN website, but still not able to use the service? If that's so, kindly DM us for further checking and see what we can do to resolve this as soon as possible.

  • hunt_prof Prof. Michael Hunt (@hunt_prof) reported

Week #3 with no working internet from @DodoAustralia. Supposed to be sending out @NBN_Australia tech out today... Not hopeful...let's see if they even show first. @acccgovau next step if it's not fixed today. Still paying for the service. #auspol

  • inter_miki Milan 🇦🇺🇷🇸 (@inter_miki) reported

@GrogsGamut And yet the performance in these government ran businesses sucks. NBN you have to use your third party provider to get them to come out. Government run businesses sucks (look at the old SA State bank for how not to run a business)

  • sev_romero Sev Romero (@sev_romero) reported

@NBN_Australia I had faster internet speeds 20 years ago. Now my internet can't cope. NBN continue to gaslight their customers and refuse to fix their faults.
