  Been trying for weeks now to get a NBN service (FTTN) connected for my mother. But TPG who she was with, and who she had service moved with just gave her the run around. They said it was provisioned, yet no DSL sync light and trying to get that resolved went in circles.

  @jeff32567916 @australian He recognised that NBN via wifi (using mobile phone network) is a bad idea, when the mobile phone towers back up battery's go flat (couple if hours) we have no communication at all, we should all still have wired communication but we don't so it's very easy to switch it all off

  @AlanBixter Our communications infrastructure system is not good enough. After the Turnbull NBN debacle and massive cost blowouts we still have inferior IT infrastructure. My internet is slow but works OK, however ph reception is woeful and I'm 40'ks from the coast of seventh largest city.

  Terrible service from @NBN_Australia One of their field techs accidentally cut off our whole Strata building with a bad telecommunications patch next to the NBN Node. I told the tech (27hours ago) but they went home without fixing it. A Level 2 escalation has yielded nothing. Gr
