@Telstra First yr of nbn was brilliant, then it’s slowed down over years, to this for the last few mths. Was unhappy to get email saying even if I change providers, it probably won’t change. That feels almost like a threat to make me stay. Stayed for 13 years, but I’m over it.

  • _tadhi Murtadhi Mu'tashim (@_tadhi) reported

@Telstra Tried resetting the modem, tried change it even with a new one, no luck. Also tried to reset the nbn box, no luck either. I lived in the outback, all mobile broadband signal in here are really iiweak. Tbh I will never be bothered by this issue if I can use my mobile connection

  • illuminol illuminol (@illuminol) reported

@mryansisland Do you have NBN & a landline?...I thought landlines were scrapped because the LNP decided to use the copper-wired cables to deliver Aussie crap version & simultaneously destroy perfectly good communications infrastructure, that could be relied on when the internet goes down.

  • JeromeFahrer Jerome Fahrer (@JeromeFahrer) reported

My @NBN_Australia is down. The retailer says its an outage ie not their fault and can’t say when it will be back up. But that’s OK because NBN’s website and Twitter feed has all the information. Actually, that’s not true. There is no information. #notgoodenough

  • CallMe_Projeckt CallMeProjeckt (@CallMe_Projeckt) reported

@NBN_Australia why can’t your network status page show an ETA on repairs. Because trying to get one from my ISP is like trying to get blood from a stone. Been without a connection since Friday afternoon. Like WTH.

@tpg enough fobbing us off How are we meant to work with a service that is broken and keep blaming the NBN!!! Should not have to pay for this dodgy provider

  • adam_turner Adam Turner (@adam_turner) reported

@dobes @alexkidman LOL, the move to Optus is why I didn't consider Aussie when changing mobile telcos, even though I'm very happy as an Aussie NBN customer

  • Kynes99 Poe Dameron (@Kynes99) reported

@AusRob @craigthomler The terrible quality reporting of the NBN is still my biggest example of how the Australian MSM doesn't understand tech.
