@NBN_Australia Would be interested to know when you might have parts back in stock to deliver the NBN as promised and how you plan to support customers in the NBN/ADSL black hole?

@Thomo6006 Sorry to hear about your experience Thomo. Just to let you know, we're able to look into your NBN service and connection if you send us a DM and verify a few details. We'll be more than willing to help out further from there - Nard

@enz2h Haha I really need the pick me up atm tbh. All these NBN issues killing my viewership from stuttering streams/excessive days off to get it fixed and now "oo I can get viewers from that game?" andies saturating Apex & hurting discovery when I really love the game 😭

@NBN_Australia Only 1 of the 7 NBN outages was planned out of business hours. None justified their timing or duration. None managed the experience with alerts when service resumed. So I disagree.

@techAU @cvanderstock Of this was available three years ago I would have been all over it. Been good since switching to nbn but my only option for anything in metro area was wimax then 4g. Wimax was lucky to have connection. I think it's a great option for those with **** options.

@larsklint @SpaceXStarlink what's the data limit - i can't see it listed - the price tbh isn't terrible compared to some nbn plans

  • SarahTtheWriter Sarah Thomas (@SarahTtheWriter) reported

Hey @Telstra @TelcoOmbudsman I have just spent an hour on the phone trying to get a 90-year-old neighbour and Telstra customer sorted with a switch to the NBN (I was with her, but I also have permission to speak to people about her account). 1/6

@robshehadie I remember lining up 10 or so mp3s (around 40mb) on the old Napster only to wake up the next morning with most of them still downloading...NBN while **** is gold. And file transfers with usb3 sata etc are insane compared to the old IDE days

  • GregLomas1 Greg Lomas (@GregLomas1) reported

@alexkidman @adam_turner @SamsungMobile $35/mth unlimited calls, messages etc including international to I don't even know what countries but I call NZ, US and UK regularly with no charges and plenty of full speed data especially considering the big users arn't counted. I couldn't do shaped data. Nbn is bad enough
