    @Telstra are just plain hopeless. Have been trying since May to fix a Telstra “error”....up to call 46 and each time assured it is fixed. Even have emails saying fixed but still NBN speed 0.002!!! World class!!

    @TPG_Telecom NBN dropouts again, persistently having same problem and now customer service directs to online chat, which is hopeless when your internet is down. Hopeless TPG. Am going to churn.

    @NBN_Australia We did log a call with our ISP and they in turn got informed that an NBN technician was going to come out today between 8-12 only for NBN to cancel it! I am trying to be patient and work but between 1pm and 2pm the connection has dropped out 9 times and it’s still going on!

    I am LIVID I have been calling @TPG_Telecom for TWO MONTHS straight now trying to organise my nbn to be installed. The last 4 phone calls I’ve made I’ve just asked for a refund because they can’t provide me service. Putting my Karen pants on, this is ridiculous

    @NBN_Australia It’s directly related to the ‘fibre to the node’ loading, that can’t be fixed. Nor can the crap quality of the telephone lines in this area be totally replaced easily.

    Almost 2 hours got get Telstra Big Pond wombles to reset the NBN password. And I know what I’m talking about ... good luck if youre not network savvy. No I don’t want to use your shitty router, I want to use my good one

Murdoch and his father were and still are hell bent on killing off the ABC and anyone not on their payroll. Look who is pulling the strings.     @Telstra another day goes by and still not resolved......June 26 and no NBN. Entirely Telstra problem when by mistake they put “restrictions “ on the account but it takes forever to lift them. BTW was in credit when restrictions where wrongly imposed

    @NBN_Australia are there any updates with the issues that are occurring on the Central Coast (2257)? I’ve been dropping out every 10 mins for at least 2mins. I’m meant to be working from home, but this is unacceptable!

    @MattSainsb @AlboMP I’m not happy but I’m realistic, and free internet is not the best way to achieve that, increase the social safety net, increase Centrelink, fix the actual **** NBN it’s self (fibre to all) would bring prices down

    @JaneCaro Agreed. My internet service used to be seamless. Since I’ve been on NBN I’ve had constant connectivity issues, constant internet dropouts while I’m using it, buffering when trying to watch things. 😡

    @JaneCaro @ap1144 I have the same problem, brought a new modem, still crap! The problem is the node is too far away, even according to the stupid nbn regulation but they wont do anything amout it..not due to get FTTP until 2025!

    @JaneCaro If you haven't already, do call your provider and ask for help. There are too many people in this country tolerating bad internet, not realising it's a fault or something fixable. NBN has such a bad rep that people let WiFi issues ruin their life.

    @JaneCaro If it's Wi-Fi connection in your house, it could just be an aging wifi router. They tend to get dusty and run hot, eventually causing WiFi to stop working properly. If it's happening to your wired connections though, then def internet issue. But yes, NBN is rubbish also.

    @NorthsideZT Internode. But from what I’ve read it’s an infrastructure issue with HFC connections so it isn’t specifically an ISP issue - however they can escalate investigation to NBN
