Trumble (sic) you are the mug. A chancer who got lucky in the dial up Internet era & you thought you knew it all. The decaying ex Telstra infrastructure you you said would give us a quicker cheaper nbn is a slow moving disaster. It is inadequate & will cost billions to replace

@NBN_Australia your network is garbage. You’ve had outages in our part of Melbourne all day. You told our ISP it was fixed but it isn’t. Good thing there isn’t a global pandemic keeping us at home and entirely dependent on your service for our jobs and lives, or we’d be stuffed.

Cancel @NBN_Australia install through @Telstra (a story in itself) using the app to continue to see out our contract on ADSL but continue to get calls to book another install time. Try calling to resolve and they won’t take my call despite an email telling me to call 😡

Service delivery of @NBN_Australia is absolutely atrocious. Less than 12 hours notice of 'planned' maintenance on 12-May. Less than 5 minutes notice of 'planned' maintenance today. It really is a sub-par network which has Australia 20 years behind the rest of the world #fail

@JJFyzz @McKellInstitute @TurnbullMalcolm He is on the record already in recent weeks saying the government should never have built the NBN in any form. Should have been built by private sector. 5G technology is already delivering very high speeds. The original cost was extremely underbaked. Would have cost near $200B

Life on @optus 4G home wireless. I get 20mbps down on a good day, but at any time, day or night, it can just drop out the butt like this. NBN available in my street from next month, but who knows if it’ll be any good... at least it’ll be FTTC, so that’s something.

@negri_thomas @ClaytonTFord Likely to be just Optus' fixed backhaul, no reports of an issue with Telstra I can find, and Optus mobile data working. @Optus please provide more details of this significant outage! (ping @NBN_Australia)

@tomwoodau @negri_thomas @ClaytonTFord @Optus @NBN_Australia Our next-door neighbour has @Telstra an has had no issues. It’s interesting that the cable/wire issue doesn’t seem to be affecting all providers atm - just @Optus... absolutely poor customer service also

@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

@NBN_Australia Sorry you still rely on an old copper network so will always struggle to provide what FTTP has the ability to do then you pass service issues back to RSP too many tiers for service to be effective

@GlennSh31088692 @SwizzleSister @michellegrattan I gather that you are triggered & can't help yourself or make sense. What pesky facts have you adduced? The LNP haven't fully funded the NDIS, NBN, aged care or anything ever. And you didn't understand my question, champ? If you'd finished school. you might have. So, adios, RWNJ!

World class NBN! My NBN modem is completely dead. Rung NBN. They shift you to your ISP. Rung ISP, they tell me that NBN will be in touch within 10 days to make an appointment to look into the problem. They said call back in 10 days if I don’t hear from them. Implied that’s common

@yohornsby @PaintedGalah Didn't you have a blackout in your area yesterday? There could have been some weirdness in the power supply before it went out completely (spike, brownout, etc). Some NBN boxes are super susceptible to power fluctuations. (A storm killed my neighbour's last year)

@GuardianAus NBN Tech glitches perhaps? Turnbull changed what worked under Labor & stated - "I am really proud of the achievement of the NBN in very, very difficult circumstances,' When it turns out to be well below what was/is needed, blames Labor & says "NBN should never have existed"

@MarcusHouse Well starlink is still unavailable in Far North Queensland. Website says 2022, last year it said 2021. I would have thought this area is perfectly rural for starlink’s intended purpose. And the NBN up here is very slow. And 5G? Whats that?

Emergency NBN maintenance which means no streaming services which means no kids movies while in isolation. Way to kick us while we're down.
