@danscottwriter Nah that's all done through the NBN Daniel! They send out a technician if that's needed to connect to the property. Your address is NBN ready though so the previous owners may have sorted that already. The connections being older shouldn't be an issue. Rob

@grantrbeattie @NBN_Australia I’m with @kogan Internet. Yeah yeah I know they aren’t known for customer service. But I figured they all just resell NBN so I went with the cheapest option.

@DodoAustralia @LauraStroud On the phone for 49mins 42secs to be told by Dodo NBN had been cut somewhere. Telstra reporting no outages on their page. Thanks @LauraStroud for establishing some communication on this issue. My wife is working from home and having to hotspot instead. We're lucky to have plan B.

@Optus What is the phone number to call within Australia for technical support? NBN sent a technician who said refer the problem back to Optus. What am I supposed to do? I have a nominee in Australia!

@BBGreg3 Have you raised this with your provider? The only way nbn can identify an address or areas that require fault rectification, maintenance, or upgrades is when you report it to your provider and they log a fault ticket to their nbn support teams. 1/2

@BroHilderchump @Spanners_cat My nbn died, tech came and plugged a gadget in and said my wire was broken 350 meters away. He went down the road to the pit. 30 minutes later, came back, all fixed.

@NBN_Australia My RSP is @Telstra I run a line test and it says everything is fine. "There are no confirmed interruptions in your area". Well, packet loss is a massive interuption. The issue is also not with the local equipment in my home but 100% of the time the issue lies with the NBN.

@NBN_Australia Packet loss appears to be a difficult fault to diagnose on the NBN. The RSP see's the connection is up, but don't consider packet loss an issue? My job requires me to be in online meetings with customers 7 hours a day. What can I do here?
