@NBN_Australia Wait till Starlink becomes affordable and you won't exist anymore. Starlink came in because Aus has one of the worst speeds of internet provided by you. Embarrassing I get 5mbps down on FTTN. How much useless can you be??

@SueAshford3 We have a dog & had an NBN service person attend several times, not a problem, no hesitation, questions etc. As for the NBN problem, circular buck passing, infantile, follow up check & confirmation still waiting after months. Dreadful service

@jenpryor1 One thing I did was to ditch the NBN router that Optus supplied when we switched to the NBN, it was a Sagemcon router and they're a piece of junk. So that could be part of your problem, if you know anyone fairly tech savvy it's a simple matter to replace it with something better.

@NBN_Australia NBN is a literal joke, I gotta call telstra report a fault, then they gotta confirm its a NBN issue then THEY gotta contact NBN cause apparently I cannot, to then only have NBN do some test on their end and say everything is fine when im dcing EVERY NIGHT !!!

@Optus I can’t tell if someone again is adding to my account as Optus let my dead father of 20 years add an nbn service. Pretty amazing for a cremated person to do that.

Compare the pair: Electricity outage: problem acknowledged in 5 minutes, resolved in 30 minutes. NBN: problem acknowledged only after 60 minutes, still not resolved 10 hours later. Both critical infrastructure but one is run like a taxi company.

Well I'm angry. AussieB diagosed a fault on my line (y'know good OLD copper) &arranged for NBN to come this afternoon. A man arrived, took one look at my friendly dog thro the gate and ran. I've rung AussieB but they can't do much. How did we get such 3rd rate service broadband?

Internet connection down this morning. No time to fiddle with my NBN. So retrieved my transistor to listen to news. A memory of 2003 ACT bushfires when all news came only through little radios
