@NBN_Australia @tenancy_toolbox Should we check your network status page daily just in case you decide to pull the #NBN down. Surely there's a better way to inform business & residential users?

@NBN_Australia Hey, we do keep in touch with our provider, but really not happy with having to check a status page for outages that we don't know about. You seem to have no issue emailing us your surveys, perhaps planned outages emails would be a good idea?

@RissMeister @NBN_Australia if this is how you treat your customers and never fix any issues, that's despicable. Riss has lost so much of her income due to your incompetence. How about actually fixing the issue instead of saying, "Eh, nothing wrong here, just ignore it."

@AlboMP My NBN FTTC went down before xmas then after I got back from holidays I had a tech visit on the 4th, another on the 8th, one on the 12th and another one booked for tomorrow (the 15th). Each time the tech said they had fixed it but its still having issues. //

@RissMeister Riss, honestly, if you keep having issues the best course of action is to contact the ombudsman. Was having issues like you where they would ******* off, moment I I got the ombudsmen to step it, it got cleared up real quick. QLD too, one of the last places to get NBN.

Is it possible to die from NBN withdrawals and general tech entitlement and first world problems? Having said that, as someone looking for tech roles, studying tech and a heavy user, this is totally ******

@Optus Wireless NBN Hervey Bay (Takura) is again on a dead slow and has been since about 7am today. Speed tests show 0.2MBps download speed. No known outages or problems on Optus Support. Please assist.

@bluudhaven Yeah, love a worse performing, massively more expensive Turnbull NBN. Had no issues last year, or in bubble playoffs, So whatever is going on is new seems like.
