    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia @Farmgate138 I like that “experiencing some issues” have had NBN for some years now. We quickly found the baseline service was crap and upgraded to the next level - which is great when it works, but reading the fine print, NBN only warrant it will work for 2mins annually

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Telstra Again, trying to be continue my business with you, yet you cannot even call back, when you say you will. Is it so hard to retain a customer? Signing up to the #NBN has been a 4 week process, and I am still in the starting gate!

    @NBN_Australia after waiting 2 plus weeks for a technician, they failed to show up today. Your help desk simply told me to reschedule for the 9th of June. How are we meant to work from home and home school??? Not good enough

    @NBN_Australia can you please try to get your act together and at the very least improve the quality of the internet to what it was BEFORE we switched over to the NBN....our livelihoods are being affected by your poor service.

    In other words, nothing happens, and there is no guarantee nothing is going to happen. So now an appointment is booked for the day after tomorrow for an NBN technician to fix my internet - which he may or may not attend. I am seriously done with #Telstra #NBN.

    We finally have internet! I don't recommend anyone going to @Optus for their service. It took over a month with no shows from nbn and no communication at all about not coming and Aussie Broadband had someone out in 3 days. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
