  @NBN_Australia other infrastructure utilities for electricity and gas have these outage maps on their website. it would be really useful if we could get this type of map data on your website as well.

  @MurrayWatt @RichardMarlesMP Hi Murray, can u pls ask some serious questions about the unreliablity of comms here?? No NBN, copper land lines, mobile or internet for a full week. It cost lives. People died. We need contingencies so this never happens again.

  @Jabbatron @Telstra Yea, the telecommunications ombudsman. File a formal complaint with them (they are very used to this process) - then they will have a hard deadline to resolve your issue. This is how I’ve had to end up handling issues I’ve had with Telstra, Optus and the NBN. Good luck!
