@thepainterflynn @Telstra I have good WiFi for my phone on the 4G network. But my tablet device is non cellular. It runs like a dream off my modem but the modem cannot connect. There is a telephone connection but no NBN response.

@fjkelly666 I was hit back and forth like a tennis ball between my isp and nbn. I emailed the Telecommications Ombudsman at 1030pm WA time. Awoke to a reply a couple of hrs later a call from the isp customer service. Good luck.

@Telstra 3 / lost my password for my email account so I can't add it to Outlook 4 the Telstra 24/7 app (since updated) tells me there is a problem with my internet connection to the NBN through the modem. Sent me a complaint number which I screen shot. 5. Troubleshooting /

@chriswalsh008 @consettfarming @MMcCartneyAusAg I remember advocating for country towns to fire up about getting the best possible service they could when the NBN was being rolled out. Ie. fixed vs wireless vs satellite. Most people 😴. But one of the more tech savvy guys in Murtoa told me we'd never need more than 12mbps....

@deemadigan @Telstra This happens to us. They will be fixing something in the NBN. You literally just have to weight it out. Telstra never know. We also ask our local Facebook bulletin board. You will find it’s a street problem. Just hotspot from your phone.

@mvpmadsen Sadly yes... He claims that he's not harrassing me, but a while ago he asks for my phone number, pestering me to send him tapes containing NBN stuff giving out his damn home address. 🫥

@NBN_Australia my ntd has failed (no power green light) as there is also a service outage my service call to replace the NTD go cancelled, can I get help to get a new NTD. I have called my ISP they can’t help til the are service outage gets resolved.
