@NewtonMark @Rhys_Needham @maximum_sincere this is correct. NBN delivers a L2 tunnel between the customer and the RSP. your IP address(es) are from the RSP. some use CGNAT, some don't. some give IPv4 and v6, some only v4.

@NBN_Australia I have done this many times. The problem is the copper wiring up the road.

  • WatsonsTroops1 WatsonsTroops (@WatsonsTroops1) reported

@DaveMilbo @TheJunglist I'd add a huge part of the issue of the nbn is the cost structure the AVC and CVC costs, if they nbn dropped of offered more CVC in their case product to RSP would have far less of an issue, that was a product of the Rudd nbn too and would have hig speeds

@NBN_Australia As far as I know yes. However, given that other people across NSW lost service last night I would not assume it is "maintenance" and would prefer honesty thanks.

  • fortescue Screen. Mind. Both are blank. (@fortescue) reported

@DeanBarnett @NBN_Australia Yeah, that’s why I never got it quoted before. What a joke.

  • PhantomBruv PhantomBruv (@PhantomBruv) reported

@Optus @NBN_Australia I've been having issues with my NBN connection since the 20th of November. I've had two technician visits and nothing has been fixed. The technician has outlined a fault on the NBN side. (PNRI) Ref: INC00014493942. Nobody can give me a timeframe for a fix.

  • Kendric_me Kendric (@Kendric_me) reported

@TPG_Telecom Is there any NBN issue in Chermside West/Aspley ? We don’t have NBN access

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@Tamarajawad Whenever you experience any service affecting issues, your provider will try to resolve it by troubleshooting first, then if they cant resolve it they'll raise a fault ticket to nbn support for assistance. 2/3
