@Telstra have been trying to speak to a human for over a month to get NBN installed and wow 1000 messages “like texting a friend” what a joke! 1 month of circles! This is the worst customer service experience EVER!! #whereismynbn

-
Brent 🤜🏻🤛🏾 Davidson (@Brentus88) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
Aaaand the cycle starts again. @telstra visited, confirmed it was an @NBN_Australia issue & took detailed notes & photos of speed tests which rule out modem issue. Said I’d need an NBN tech visit. So instead today, naturally, I get a text from Telstra saying all is fixed.
-
Craig Acret (@jerrybr15619298) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@Telstra terrible customer service. Waiting on NBN...people in my street are now connected with other providers..messages 6 hours via app and no reply...
-
John Flood (@JohnAFlood) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
A friend of mine who teaches at Griffith has been told her NBN is down for 2 days. Teaching and research up the spout. Of all the idiotic decisions @TurnbullMalcom took, screwing up the deployment of Australia’s internet was one of the biggest. Truly awful

@Telstra @NBN_Australia outage in 4304 QLD.

Anthony (@MKWAnthony) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
Yeah I give up - my neighbour had nbn as of 3 weeks ago and apparently I can't get it installed until April 2021 despite being in the same building as her? That's complete bullshit. Guess I have to stick with my wireless 4GX network until then...
-
Monica Bradley (@MonBLeaves) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@MingYLong @Telstra @NBN_Australia I agree the service levels are so appalling for everyone
-
CBRZY (@Cpt_CBRZY) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@NBN_Australia has been non existent today. Internet drops every 15 minutes or so and sometimes stays down for 10 minutes. Infuriating to say the least
-
Graham Smith (@GrahamSmith111) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
I am no fan of the NBN but the further investment of $3.5 billion defies logic. 5G is coming with very quick download speeds and cable infrastructure. It’s pouring good money after bad. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear.
-
Craig Acret (@jerrybr15619298) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@NBN_Australia Think it’s more a Telstra issue as it’s been 15 days with the nbn devices on hold in their warehouse. Thanks for your reply though.

💧Nigel Bell (@NigelBell19) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@ClaireLouse2403 @cheryl_kernot @bugwannostra yep. in the same way that: - the start of the initial NSW 'lockdown' was pushed back to allow Hillsong event attendees to leave the state & country; - the NBN FTTH backflip aligns nicely with Foxtel now offering a BINGE service that, to be successful, requires more bandwidth. 😐
-
Mr. Mouse (@mr_mouse) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland
@Optus is the a known issue with Fetch streaming? I’m on Optus NBN and have no issues with any other internet/streaming services. Streamed channels not reliable, on demand (e.g. BBC catch-up) not working at all. Done soft reset, still broken.

@TheDanBarrett @StevenGeorgant1 Survive at home? Flipping heck. You'd see people & families homeless because they're dubious about drugs that are still being studied and aren't even out of phase 3 trials? Raising home deliveries & NBN... now that's some dumb **** 🤷
-
Watson (@Coombs66) reported
@AlboMP Yes we trust Labor to ‘fix’ the NBN; but can we have a commitment that you’re not going to sell it to some ****** private consortium just after the tax-payer has spent billions? John Howard sold Telstra like a bloody idiot, we don’t expect the same stupidity from Labor.
-
Lisa Gray (@_lisagray) reported
@AlboMP What a joke it was you lot that gave us the hopeless NBN. So get educated and stop lying. The worst decision besides pink batts...
-
pünïshëd dÏlbërt (@PunishedDilbert) reported
@AnthonyBriggs anyway, nbn profits are gonna be completely decimated by 5G, so they really need to simply write off those costs now and bring wholesale pricing all the way down
-
Vodafone Australia (@VodafoneAU) reported
@KaneIT3000 Glad we could help with your nbn service, Kane. If you need any further assistance, give our nbn experts a call on 1300 801 122 and they'll lend a hand.
-
Justin Thiessen (@JustinRThiessen) reported
They really should have tried to drum up public support for a better NBN plan. "Everything Moves Faster With More Fibre"
-
Dan Barrett (@TheDanBarrett) reported
@StevenGeorgant1 Putting aside some of the dumb **** arguments you are posing here, let's let them stop paying taxes as long as they're not using any public infrastructure to survive at home. So, no home deliveries, NBN, etc.
-
SusBoySlim (@PervyPimp) reported
@xuehe15 @AlboMP Professional hypocrites? Haha that's a laugh, do you know how many times the LNP has been cause lying and blaming the ALP for problems they caused? Robodebt, NBN, jobkeeper and our federal debt, those are just a few from the top of my head
-
Private_Zim (@TheseCrimes) reported
@Saxdude26 @AlboMP We were unit 1 and the nbn listed the property as not having units when every other database of properties did. Still not sure how that happened. Oh and it took a year to fix… imagine a bureaucratic mistake taking a year to fix…
-
Mark (@Mark72160129) reported
@AlboMP The NBN was a labor brain fart that the libs had to fix.
