@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

@jdaalder I’ve been seeing this weirdness too. Slow or no loading on wifi - so Telstra over NBN HFC. Turn off wifi - kick to Telstra 4G, all good…

I just switched from @Optus to @TPG_Telecom 1 week ago. I ordered my NBN and the modem has arrived, but no one came to instal it after few days. The bloody customer service is terrible, worst than @Optus!! I had to be in chatRoom in line, ticket number 600 and after 9 hours...

@JimRHoughton *******. It’s like the 70’s all over again. The only reason they’re putting nuclear forward as an option is because it will buy the coal industry another 10-15 years while they build a reactor. Then they’ll have to go renewables anyway. It’s the friggin NBN redux

@Telstra @NBN_Australia Currently we’re back online. But then we will get upload drop down to 1/0.5, and download drop to 20/30, and sometimes just completely disconnected, and then it goes back up. Same problem we’ve had for 6 weeks now.

@tofar1 @Telstra In an urban setting, fibre to the node, changed provider and speed is crap, new provider investigate and decide its a network problem and they cannot help, only difference I can see is new modem, looking likely I will have to go back to old provider, nbn don't want to know

@1395FIVEaa I came from a company over 34 years that went from engineering management to calculator and KPI's of staff . Then the managers came from outside the company . The engineering issues fell on deaf ears. It resulted in the invention of the NBN . You cant fix it from 12th Floor

@NBN_Australia Here in coomera gold coast australia, recently wifi has cut out nearly everyday, normally around 9pm-4am, with no scheduled maintenances, i need reliable internet as i work from home, and today the internet cut out during the State of origin!!
