    @Optus Hi, I’ve had no internet since 10-10.30 last night…I’ve tried rebooting my NBN modem a few times but no luck.. is there still a problem in Turramurra NSW?

    @NBN_Australia i have been without internet for 3 days now, very inconvenient especially for a university student, no help from either my internet provider or NBN, ridiculous to say the least

    @Optus I’m seriously surprised that @Optus nbn was still pushing through the heavy rains and floods, those effected by the outage please understand that you’re lucky it took this long for it to actually go down!

    @adamajacoby @davejeffress82 Me2....what has he got to do to wake Australians up.....rorts, cheats, lies, hides, bullshits, announces, robodeaths 2200, NDIS totally stuffed up, NBN, Sub stuffup, $4+bn payment to France.....the list is endless....and still people "support" his band of crooks & misfits

    @lasquetimeryl @Optus We are with Telstra and don’t have any issues. We have NBN fibre to the home. With Vodafone for a few months and they were terrible so we switched back to Telstra.

    My partner visited a @Telstra store to pick up our NBN modem two weeks ago, but we've had issues & been relying on "back-up" data since. Turns out Telstra have been trying to connect to THE WRONG ADDRESS, & even sent a technician there yesterday. The ineptitude is staggering 🙄

    @Telstra I have tried 3 times to upgrade my telstra NBN and never got past the chat widget. 5 hours in one instance chatting to 5 different people and with each new person, I had to repeat everything. Finally, a notice comes up saying they are now closed, try again during following hours.
