@NBN_Australia @Optus 28 days to get nbn changed from 1 address to another what a load of crap surely in this day and age a click of a mouse should be able to make this happen very pissed of customer

@KandeeCane When we were looking for a place, internet was a top priority. We used the NBN roll-out website to figure out where reliable internet was as part of narrowing down our areas. Ended up in a place a bit further out from the city, but with FTTP. It's served us well during lockdown.

For #Aussie followers. We've been told it's time to sign up to the NBN, against my wishes. Any recommendations for service providers that actually provide good service. Currently getting around 60mbps download speed regularly and rarely having any problems with Telstra Cable.

As ever, because rain while I was away, our internet is out until Monday, when an @NBN_Australia technician visits. Perhaps *this* time the core problem will be attended to - the wiring and connection out on the street aren’t fit for purpose.

@NBN_Australia This isn’t a connection delay per se as your staff have been out twice. This is you cutting off a perfectly good service without checking that the nbn is connected to the building. Complete fail.
