@BHustwaite Telstra has been trying to make me swap over for two years but I don’t want to as I have cable internet which has mostly been great and it’s fast. All I hear is how crap NBN is, so I was happy it got delayed 🤪

@NBN_Australia @johnpitchers Why say you have no idea NBN ? Au sites are down nationwide of course you know about it

@NBN_Australia You do understand that when you reply with a copy/paste response that does not address my complaint, you are only making things worse, right? I sincerely do not understand what the point of your team is. You do not help, you do not have the tools to help.

Is something up with Australian #NBN at the moment? Can't seem to be able to access any Australian sites. Intl sites work fine. Can access via mobile network OK

@NBN_Australia Quick Question, We had fibre laid down our street in May 2020 but there has been no news on when we will be switched over to FTTP. It’s so frustrating. We’re in Banks, ACT

  • mrdavidhoward David Howard (@mrdavidhoward) reported

@_jaiross @NBN_Australia Bloody expensive for 50/150 Mbps. Sometimes no service too. Each time I scan the sky to see where the star link trail is, there are over the horizon.

  • CaponeField MrCapone (@CaponeField) reported

@NBN_Australia My FttN connection is slow as to be useless. The best speed it can achieve is like 30 down.

  • TrjnRabbit Adam Wells but unironically tired (@TrjnRabbit) reported

.@NBN_Australia my provider has said that this scheduled maintenance was put in the system 10 min before the outage and that it has been entered twice. So, despite receiving a notification that it is resolved, I am still offline because the "scheduled" maintenance is underway.

Hi @TPG_Telecom Just wondering when I leave your nbn service whether the modem needs to be returned?? Thank you for the prompt response

  • HortenseDAlton Heather Dalton (@HortenseDAlton) reported

@jypersian @Telstra **** - I just don't know why people use Telstra any more - all the horror stories! I refused to have the NBN and survive with an Optus internet connection and mobile - couldn't be happier.
