@NBN_Australia @Optus 28 days to get nbn changed from 1 address to another what a load of crap surely in this day and age a click of a mouse should be able to make this happen very pissed of customer

@Telstra is anyone else in Ashburton Glen Iris area encountering Telstra NBN issues for weeks? Telstra service is appaling. Can only communicate via chat, the person asks me to do everything I have already done: turnoff,reboot etc,in the meantime Telstra increase charges by $5pm

How long are we into transition to NBN and @Telstra & @andy_penn are still battling to make it work? Speed drops 66%, landline is unstable & customer service poor. “Wait 24hrs for the order to complete & devices to sync”… what nonsense… who should I move to? Penn is full of it.

@emmareef @benoss77 Do you have the NBN? I used to have the same issue with Vodafone NBN where every day at 11am my connection would drop, Vodafone blamed the NBN saying its when they refreshed my connection. Maybe call your ISP and speak to them about constant dropouts. Also is wifi signal weak?

@NBN_Australia I just said in my tweet that I already spoke to my ISP... it's to do with your limited FTTN technology. The only fix is getting my street upgraded to fibre.

@MrKRudd I'm glad that Malcolm's doing some good these days, but geez it's hard not to think about his role in dudding our NBN, gifting GBRF, delaying bank RC, interfering in ABC. He'd also have enough dirt on Morrison to bring him down if he ever wanted rid of those albatrosses. JS

@Telstra your service is appalling. Took me 2 weeks to port my number. Has been a month and my nbn still isn’t connected. My wife has been waiting for her sim to be delivered since September 27. Absolutely horrendous communication and support.
