@David_J_Harley @r_quazzy Having a just a slow speed is cause to perhaps agree to upgrading your package but what you’re talking about is a service that just isn’t working properly and constantly dropping out. Your deal is not with NBN it’s with TPG so it is their responsibility to sort it out

  • DocTwon Twon (@DocTwon) reported

@NBN_Australia Wind damage to tower apparently

@David_J_Harley We switched to TPG last year when we got NBN. No issues so far. Sorry, David. Sounds *very* frustrating!

@GarbageDotNet yeah the NBN thing is specifically an NBN limitation, rather than at the ISP level. they can only sell the wholesale plans they're given if the ISP owns the fibre itself, then yeah it's just down to bandwidth costs

  • jaw6565 no one you know (@jaw6565) reported

@cellblock3138 Contact the Ombudsman now, I had internet problems for weeks, Telstra blamed NBC co and NBN co blamed Telstra, I contacted the Ombudsman and hey presto problem fixed in 48 hrs.

  • rjlavo22 Ronan Laverty (@rjlavo22) reported

@portusprince @TonyHWindsor @alyxei1 To give us a third rate NBN Get ride of the Gillard ETS (not a carbon tax) which would be handy now Good policy is good policy but Abbott proved they were willing burn the house down to win & the LNP haven't changed at all It's win at all costs

  • melissamadsen Melissa Madsen (@melissamadsen) reported

@Internode 1. Log a service class ROLL BACK request with the NBN to force a new connection to be provisioned 2. Keep our 5g wireless service active until NBN FTTN is active (as promised last week) 5/n
