    @NBN_Australia Is there a complaint section? I had a technician on the 28th of May tell you guys my connection had to switch from FTTN to FTTC. Had an appointment to get connected last week, and it still HAS NOT HAPPENED YET.

    @Optus is their an ETA of when the NBN outage for Deer Park 3023 will likely be resolved? It's been nearly a whole day and you site still says under investigation nothing else. I work from home so have had to top up on my phone to use phone data as the programs drain my ph data

    @NBN_Australia Thanks but I have multiple services (tv, internet) affected by the NBN outage. I have two different providers for those, so would prefer to contact one vendor (NBN), who is the provider affecting those services.

    @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB you both should be embarrassed to call yourselves service providers, in order to do so you do realize you need to actually provide a consistent service this is why the Government should leave Broadband to the private markets and allow competitors.

    @NBN_Australia A very disappointed customer - waiting for 6 weeks to get NBN connection from a pit outside the house . This is after escalation! Still no connection, NBN needs to improve on basic infrastructure provision

    @abcnews The incompetence of government is incredible. Spent billions on a NBN that was obsolete and slow before it was completed and now they stop natural gas supply so morons in Canberra have to rely on unreliable solar and wind energy that is expensive. 🙄

    @Telstra Cost is something I can't do as well as renting, if NBN did a decent roll out instead of the ****** roll out they did there wouldn't be a problem. Dial up is more reliable then NBN

    @_FredMackay @NBN_Australia Actually disgusting how they treat people. Saying "Oh you can just check in with your ISP" To which I reply with "Yes, but you see, I paid YOU the $3.8k to install the line, and that's what the ISP is waiting on." They didn't assign my port in the pit... I'm the only one here...
