@NBN_Australia Is there a complaint section? I had a technician on the 28th of May tell you guys my connection had to switch from FTTN to FTTC. Had an appointment to get connected last week, and it still HAS NOT HAPPENED YET.

So; the TL;DR on the NBN writedown is that the 60BN NBNco utility is actually in reality worth 20BN. 40BN of Aussie taxpayer dollars down the drain.

@iiNet NBN status states outage and refer to provider for details. iiNet network status states everything is normal, despite it not being. Please assess/comment.

@iiNet Thanks, I discovered next morning I was in touch with the world again*, but as stated, there were complaints re #NBN at same time, not just #iiNet (this time). *flippant comment, I did have access to the net via your mobile service (40GB $15 for 6 months then $30) so U get a pass

lack of notice to residents @NBN_Australia that you are blocking a road is downright rude + also greatly inconvenient for the elderly 90+ yos, concrete dust on the day the carpets cleaned, show some courtesy dont just show up with ample notice people can make arrangement #nbnfail

@Optus after earlier receiving a letter to me & unit block with wrong address, I have now received one with the correct address. Wondering did Optus collect data if a customer did an NBN evaluation to their block OR Does this mean you had two customers with same name in block
