@TPG_Telecom @Betypop33 I've reported it to my isp and they have lodged a fault with NBN. I put my street address into the telstra outage page and it now say there is a service interruption. I think its been down for an hour now, 11.13PM. Hope they fix it by tomorrow morning.

Just beware if ur changing ur landline over to NBN, BEWARE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TELSTRA MESSAGBANK ,my neighbour has gone through hell trying to get it restored..tech who changed it 2 NBN didn't ask if she still wanted message service. Didn't do his job TELSTRA..help her please..

@NBN_Australia contacted Telstra again this morning and they said they can’t get anyone out here until Monday to fix the box, as we’ve learned that it’s now a fibre problem, which is screwing with my university studies as i’m missing out on very important Law classes online.
