Are people still surprised the #Insiders panel are basically the host's drinking buddies? 'Twas always thus. In another 20 years, the panel will be selected from Alice Workman's speed-dial to talk about how Prime Minister Bindi Irwin plans to fix the NBN.

@FrankWa89782322 @abcnews No they are not, LNP are the scare mongers, their rhetoric is "higher taxes" and cutting costs so things dont work, example NBN cost libs more than if they had left it alone, also the connections are crap.

@NBN_Australia @donatled Nbn is by far the worst organisation I've ever had to deal with. Multiple issues in different states, absolutely impossible to have a sensible dialog. nbn needs to be broken up into competing businesses competing for clients over their crappy infrastructure.

@NBN_Australia It's been 3 days and theres still no news on planning to fix it.

Hey @TurnbullMalcolm just wanted to let you know your precious @NBN_Australia is atrocious. We forewent the “clever country” moniker when you committed us to this backwards network

@NBN_Australia Sarah takes over from Jacky with more canned responses while adding 0 bits of additional information. Way to go @NBN_Australia. Do you have to read this in a book and type everytime? Really, bots would be more efficient and save you time to solve actual issues.

Dear @NBN_Australia Can you please explain to me how you are able to fund obscene bonuses yet I can't get a technician out to fix my only-a-few-months-old service until Wednesday week? I run my online business from home and rely on a service that works.

So today I cut off the Optus cable service that was going to be decommissioned in less than two months and have replaced it with NBN. Not sure why this cuts deeper than I expected.

@friendlyjordies Want to see broken? There is a cyclone forming in NQ & 2 key radars are off air... People rely on the equipment for tracking & consequently for their safety. Reminiscent of a lack of funding for fire fighting resources last year. Don't get me started on NBN failing post cyclone

@NBN_Australia Your own engineer, not a contractor, said I need a micro node for stable service. AussieBroadband can’t request that. How many engineers need to come to my house for you to take ‘you need a micro node’ advice seriously? If you won’t listen to your own engineers who’ll you listen?
