I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, New South WalesWakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

They decide that's also a good time to cancel your existing FTTC, even though your upgrade is 3 weeks away. Also sucks that providers like @Aussie_BB have no way to resolve it for paying customers.

Have been trying all day to get thru to technical support and that line has been "closed" all day and message is hasn't been helpful. She also has a falls monitor which should be connected but it's not

I use online banking and bpay to pay my bills , there is $1008 in bills that I paid via bpay numbers 7773 2594 4057 800 and 7773 3259 2157 800 that left my bank account but was never recieved by telstra. My nbn account has been cancelled

Gardener14 (@The_Gardener14) reported@ImAussieMate I have a neighbour(s)that tells me he is constantly on the phone to Telstra/NBN at least 6 times p/mth for his copper wire broadband to be fixed.His plan 50Mbps down, he gets at best 8Mbps if he’s lucky! I’ve had 3 outs in 5 years HFC 1985 designed cable.

Alexander Liddington-Cox (@AlexLCMedia) reportedI got scam called by people claiming to be from the NBN and ACSC, claiming my IP address has been compromised. Seems too close to Optus to be a coincidence, but I haven't received any comms from the company. Anyone else had this problem?
