I'm seriously considering jumping ship to a mobile service because my 4G service is often quite a bit faster than my NBN and it won't cost any extra and might even be cheaper. #qanda

@NBN_Australia Still haven’t address how you’re going to fix our internet and when. Are asking people to have no internet over the weekend? When it’s probably continue raining and stuck at home?

@xskinn I logged off work at 12.00 due very limited internet. NBN person coming tomorrow to hopefully fix it. I know how lucky we’ve been with the water but it’s not been a great week. Stay safe.

@HammerRazor @NBN_Australia It's not your fault mate. @NBN_Australia Hammer is a streamer. That means it is a source of income. If the internet does work, then income can decline real quick too. Please raise this issue asap so he can get back on track. Seeing him stress out like this is not pleasant.

@Telstra I already said no Vicky. We’re keeping this public. Who do I make a complaint to, to get the copper changed to fibre to the premises? Is it a Telstra, @NBN_Australia, the TIO or someone else? BTW what’s your D number for the record?

  • Optus

@RickoChris Apologies for the network disruptions. We've gone ahead and run some tests for you and we can confirm a NBN fault has been identified in the area. Kristy (1/2)

@slace @NBN_Australia That was the process for my knock down rebuild (and I had NBN do the abolishment), I needed a connection from the pit out the front, to an external box and then onto the internal box. I just organised a connection through Aussie Broadbad and not direct with NBN and it was handled

@sallymcmanus My NBN plan was increased $15 a month without warning. I was told my plan no longer exists and my bill was reduced for the past few months to help. There was no sign of this on my bills at all. There is still a plan at the same price as I previously had to change back to. 🙄

We’ve been made aware by members of flood-impacted communities that some residents have received phone calls from scammers impersonating nbn and asking for funds to expedite the restoration of their service.

@NBN_Australia I'm trying to contact you to organise an install on a newly built house (from a knock down that had a previous NBN service that we organised abolishment through you) but your phone keeps hanging up. How can I submit a request for reconnection?
