I'm seriously considering jumping ship to a mobile service because my 4G service is often quite a bit faster than my NBN and it won't cost any extra and might even be cheaper. #qanda

@NBN_Australia you wouldn't need a netflix tax if you built a fkn proper network.

@Ausgrid has just let me know why @NBN_Australia has failed, fyi @DodoAustralia there is a blackout on the other side of town and nbn nodes connected to each other in a circular arrangement however nbn nodes fail to bypass the failed node so it pulls down the entire ring.

@NBN_Australia Do you know how hard it is for us to trouble shoot your network when it is a black box. I have asked my ISP for you to do a cable inspection.

@erfbeeass They’ve been helpful, it’s an NBN issue but they keep canceling the appointment to come out. They are totally ****. When the dude does turn up he’s getting both barrels.

@NBN_Australia hi was just wondering do your technicians use out dated navigation tools? I have been waiting since the 27/10/21 to be connected and my provider is telling me the issue is you can’t find my address.

Yeah our @NBN_Australia is back up, totally awesome, we tried failing over to our 4G however corporate security policy made that impossible. I am talking to my ISP about getting NBN to inspect the pits our line passes over. Those pits have a history of water problems

Lol ok once again it’s been escalated to NBN and mysteriously started working again. This time I’m calling the help desk while it’s working.

@ScottRhodie There should be billboards reminding people every day about how much money LNP are pissing up the wall on piss poor implementations - JobSeeker, NBN, RoboDebt etc etc. Voters care about money apparently so make it all about that.

@mim4m @david89293299 @abcnews It isn't ineptitude. That hides the truth of ultra capitalist dogma. Look at NBN. It was a no-brainer: build a fibre network for a digital future. But where in that common sense is the suggestion that, after taxes build the ONLY network we should then let retailers profit?
