I'm seriously considering jumping ship to a mobile service because my 4G service is often quite a bit faster than my NBN and it won't cost any extra and might even be cheaper. #qanda

@BelongAU hello??? Can someone please help😩 We were meant to be activated on the 7th of April and still cannot get the issue resolved. Our NBN is set up and ready to go!! I never complain but I genuinely have never received a more frustrating customer service experience!!!!

@NBN_Australia really **** service you guys have. Locked in an appointment for today between 1-5pm for NBN connection at my new property. I waited. I took time off work to be here and your guy doesn’t show. No phone call, nothing. Pathetic.

@DrRonBaumann Yes over the last week or so. I pay for unlimited top level NBN so that I could teach online last year and haven’t changed back down and I expected much better than what I’m getting now.

@NewtonMark The NBN is a pretty good indicator that you don't just need the bulk of the population onside you need them near violently so to avoid that these days. It had broad public support but not intense enough to actually swing the election or be a high Senate priority.

a network engineer, So I know a bit about networking, Well anyways, I diagnosed and figured the issue out to the line before ANY NBN person touched anything, I talked to the people that were suppose to fix the issue (Obvs I cannot go installing new telephone lines LMAO), It took
