I'm seriously considering jumping ship to a mobile service because my 4G service is often quite a bit faster than my NBN and it won't cost any extra and might even be cheaper. #qanda

NBN_Australia Hi NBN, our NBN has been down continuously since 26 January 2023. The most recent date for a restoration of service was 5pm on 6 February 2023 but it's still not up. Is there a severe issue with the NBN where I live? In Colyton 2760.

Morning @2GB, you’ve got app issues again. It keeps cutting out and and one stage we heard Ben ask the Astro guy the same question four times. Now nothing. Our download is 108Mbs and upload 32Mbs, ping 13Ms. Our NBN’s working fine.

@Batman2242 We live in the country on a farm. Telstra mobile reception is awful to non existent ( but better than Optus, vodafone etc) and we have ADSL2 for the internet with NO chance of getting the NBN here. Hence the landline which I use daily and mobile...

@VodafoneAU I contacted your call centre on 20/12/2022 & instructed the operator to terminate my NBN service immediately. I was told this would be actioned. I have since received a notice of another direct debit. Please contact me to rectify this ASAP

@JonesHowdareyou I will raise you the weeks you waited for the more than one year of HELL for me. Different technicians, different answers every time. Turned out my provider knew they couldn't fix it, they knew NBN would be coming and put me through anxiety, depression hell all that time.
