  Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

  Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  @andy_penn @TheAusBallet Looks like the service quality from telstra has shut down also. I just moved in new apartment. First thing get Telstra nbn. Brought my own gen 2, plugged in, awesome internet. Msg thru app if I need the new Telstra box. The Call Centre India turned my internet off.

  @admiral_revan @NBN_Australia We did the Ombudsman but we were told if we did the complaint goes to Telstra, but they aren't at fault for once. I'll see how I go emailing Luke. fingers crossed he can help, hopefully, me living in another state won't be an issue! o7

  And this complaint isn't even about the complete disaster that was the @NBN_Australia roll-out at my parent's place. It's so dull, boring, time-consuming and everyone knows that NBN sucks - so I won't bother. No, the central issue I want to look at the humble email account.

  To anyone thinking of moving your NBN service or signing up to NBN, be careful. We have just moved to a HFC NBN area, had @Telstra ‘move’ our service. @NBN_Australia have no connection boxes, so 2 month wait!! This is what holds Aust back. Disappointed? You bet. #NBN #Telstra
