@NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

@NBN_Australia This isn’t a connection delay per se as your staff have been out twice. This is you cutting off a perfectly good service without checking that the nbn is connected to the building. Complete fail.

@Telstra Hi, my NBN stopped working 2 nights ago and we have a technician coming on Monday to fix it as it could not be fixed remotely. In the meantime, we have no Internet and I am having to tether off my Telstra phone’s personal hotspot and am running out of data. Please help

@Telstra currently on a speed limited 'backup' 4g service for nbn that is down and has no eta for repair. It is so speed limited as to be useless. Can you answer me why I pay a premium for this when I'm using my @Optus mobile for internet?

@adamzwar I'm near the Sunshine Coast. Can't get NBN without a huge **** fight so have to rely on mobile broadband. Since Xmas day we've barely had a Telstra signal, and despite looking at the Sloptus tower from my bedroom window, we have 1 bar of 4G IF we're lucky. Christ I HATE the LNP.

@Telstra your NBN service is so so bad it’s beyond words - 0.1MBs “speed” for days, online help/chat is unmanned and over 1hr listening to your hold music!! Hopeless.

@Picketer Moved house 2 and a half months ago. The map of NBN connections got the location of our house wrong, turns out the NBN wasn't connected here... And still isn't. No ADSL available and only got a measly $80 internet sim card that doesn't work!
