    @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

    And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

    OMG whinger of the week @marklevy2gb @2GB873 , complaining about his internet being down for 6 days. You ring your isp not the NBN, Belong is a budget ISP don't expect rolls Royce support, if your modem was dead, buy a new one. Need it for work get a business plan or 4g back up.

    @TelstraAU As a current NBN customer, why am I told I have to wait 7-10 days to be connected at my new property in a 10 yo building because Telstra hasn't an ID for my apartment and needs a 'feedback form' and to verify it? Is this the Wild West?

    @NBN_Australia No. When I left nbn I made a formal complaint against two individuals in the data space. You did nothing. You ignored my request for a follow up. It was only AFTER these two individuals left you then wanted me to sign non-disclosure agreements to conduct...

    @DodoAustralia your customer service is literal trash for NSW. I have a friend who’s had no working NBN from you guys and you REFUSE to help them, and not only you guys refused, but you called the cops on them because they god mad and threatened to leave you for another company.

    Doing a factory reset of my NBN Fixed Wireless box (unplug it for 30 minutes, then replug). If that doesn't work, gonna have to get AussieBB to investigate. Red status light and poor performance again. Would go Starlink but I need static IP and parents use AussieBB VoIP.

    @NBN_Australia FTTP or ****. Stop blame shifting and "oh nah, that's cos your 10 KMs away from the distribution" Do you guys know what option fibre is? It's light...how have you managed to slow down light speed ...only in Australia.

    @NBN_Australia STOP! Read the comment. The provider is NOT the problem. NBN in the contract state you throttle back VPN traffic.
