And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

@zerogeewhiz I had to cancel my Internode service NBN VDSL FTTB for TPG’s FTTB. On the plus side it meant I could try TPG for a week to see if I was getting the required service before cancelling Internode so I was never without the internet’s

@VodafoneAU It makes absolutely zero sense. Do you want me as an NBN customer or not? What sort of business runs like this?

@Telstra not happy Jan with the customer service today about my new nbn .. wanted to confirm my $100 coles voucher. Didn’t get a clear reply or confirmation

@ElaurantScott Yes, my @iiNet internet has 5% packet loss. Tech support there says everything is fine. My service is not NBN, but rather TPG FTTB

@Optus so out of the last ten days we’ve not had nbn 4 partial days working hours of the day) . If you are doing maintenance can’t you tell your customers in advance?! And if it’s not that, then what is the issue as I know people on other side of city same exp few weeks ago.

There’s an NBN outage in Sydney today- TPG have not called back so bugger

  • BrowntownBrew
    Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

@mikebethune @V_garpend @Scottludlam Except when it came time for broadband reform and ALP tried to use $5B incentive investment for telstra to structurally separate and build the NBN, but Telstra wouldn't play ball. NZ telecom did play and now have a profitable network that continues to improve

  • zerogeewhiz
    Peter Anderson (@zerogeewhiz) reported

Stupid question: when you change NBN providers do you really have to cancel the old one? I thought it was automatic

@MrWigglyAU I would recommend confirming with our team what type of NBN service is available at the property. If it is just NBN Wireless, however, then we will be unable to change that, and you would need to speak to NBN directly - Chris
