  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  • tonywalker1 Antony (Tony) Walker (@tonywalker1) reported from Fenwick, State of Victoria

Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • cory_actually CORY (@cory_actually) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Vintuitive Must just be that the NBN is shit 😉🤣

  • 75b0ce8567df4cd Dave Wood (@75b0ce8567df4cd) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@StevieSleazy @NBN_Australia unfortunately you wont get below 60 even with the best internet available on Siege. Only two servers in Aus and its Melbourne and Sydney. Ubisoft really just screws over half the country. Still an issue with your internet though with 112ms ping in the lobby

  • DefiHank hank defi (@DefiHank) reported

@NBN_Australia I’ve had my NBN cable damaged and Telstra has been awful in sending an NBN technician to repair it. Haven’t had service for almost 2 weeks now. Loose wire hanging outside my house.

  • WiseBushman Bushman58 (@WiseBushman) reported

@NBN_Australia Net service constantly drops out highest speed is only 45,no excuses ,been going on for a few years now

  • TheShowBogan ✨The Show Bogan ✨ (she/her) (@TheShowBogan) reported

@NBN_Australia @AnnieW1303 I've reported drop outs ad nauseum, but it turns out that selling off public infrastructure like COMMS is a really bad thing to do as it makes the rollout incentivised by profit rather than service.

  • spo0kyxspice SpookyxSpice (@spo0kyxspice) reported

    Absolute **** company with below subpar customer service. #tpg @TPG_Telecom #nbn #australianinternet

  • Dreddpool82 Dreddpool82 (@Dreddpool82) reported

@NBN_Australia between 2 towns,1 of which is less than a 2 min drive from my house. My street has 10 houses each on 5acre blocks, with housing developments being built on all sides, so my street needs fibre down it for these future estates.

  • Shihao0831 Bear🇦🇺🇹🇼 (@Shihao0831) reported

@NBN_Australia I live in Eulalia St, West Ryde 2114. And the only available nbn service in my house is HFC, a outdated technology, the internet is very unstable. I would like to know when the FTTP or any FTT_ could be delivered to my house?

  • aamuzukashii Aamuzukashii (@aamuzukashii) reported

@NBN_Australia Please do not market to us directly NBN Co. I hereby direct you to convey all communication via my retail service provider.

  • aamuzukashii Aamuzukashii (@aamuzukashii) reported

@sev_romero @NBN_Australia If you are getting the 'run-around' from your provider and NBN Co Ltd, lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) and/or contact the office of Federal Communications Minister The Hon. Michelle Rowland MP @MRowlandMP and demand action.

  • Hamax001 HG (@Hamax001) reported

@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia why does your customer confirmation team take the details of the elevated installation point and not pass onto your contractor BSA? We saw the ticket in the gentleman’s phone and no details of a 2 man job we’re provided?
