    It's rare that you get to see bureaucracy fail quite to this degree. Logged a ticket with @NBN_Australia on 19/02 (Ref: 15488049) as a fibre cabinet in my street was unlocked and the door open. They have committed to sending out someone to lock it by.....8th March. What the f?

    Of course the irony is that the signal here is so appalling @Telstra that they might have been ringing every single day for hours and they couldn’t get through. My ISP put me on call back but I haven’t heard from them either. NBN & Telstra a perfect LNP combination mutant…

    @NBN_Australia Thank you dearly, have contacted @Optus multiple times and they have said that the intermittent dropouts are within normal dropout times. Appreciate it @NBN_Australia you guys are just the service <3. They are actually useless. #optuspickupyourgame

    @Optus In the past hour and a half, as requested, I’ve followed your instructions and “power cycled” my Optus NBN modem multiple times. But the connection remains incredibly slow (<< 1Mbps) and intermittent (very frequent dropouts, every few seconds or so). So what next?

    @HappyNacho73 @AshleyLeahy I treat mine like gold. My provider and I had humungous fights for 18 months before I was lucky enough to move to NBN. Compared to what I had before, I literally have gold!

    Reported a fault with my NBN connection (living rurally with bugger all phone signal it is important to have the ability to communicate). That was 8 days ago. Haven’t heard anything from @NBN_Australia yet. My ISP contacted them and gave me this number: ETK000000010475 🦗

    @superloopnet Thanks Matt. have been on a chat with support, looks like it's still an issue with the NBN. They have finally updated their status to show there are service interruptions. Appreciate your responses. @NBN_Australia sort it out please, this has been going on for 5 days now.
