@mootpointer @kcollasarundell @NBN_Australia Ooh. TIO lists NBN Co as an active member they work with and the service provider field is free text 🤔

  • sparklysparkly Kelly Molloy (@sparklysparkly) reported

@Telstra the SIM card in the modem isn’t working whilst we are waiting for the nbn to be connected. No internet for days! Very frustrating. The sim was meant to allow a small amount of internet access but nothing. Any thoughts/help?? Please!

@OurNewHomecoach @unionsaustralia @stelladevulder These people arent driven by results or research. They are driven by pure ideology. And the LNP ideology is "Labor bad, therefore anything labor did is bad". Its the reason they sabotaged the NBN despite all the expert advice saying that their mixed technology option was terrible

  • ReganAM2210 Reegs (@ReganAM2210) reported

@NBN_Australia Oh it wasn’t your fault! It was service provider!

  • libbi815 libbi81 (@libbi815) reported

@VaniaHolt9 @hey_yep_you Ok, sorry I thought you were blaming ausnet. You’re right, the government need to stop privatising everything. We had no cellular network or NBN for 4 days thanks to Telstras horrible infrastructure. People were trapped and couldn’t even make 000 phone calls

  • mootpointer Andrew Harvey 🏠 Home (@mootpointer) reported

@kcollasarundell @MitchPommers @NBN_Australia Ugh. They might be – I haven’t had to go down that path with them. I definitely caused fun for Telstra Wholesale back in the day (when Internode/TPG abjectly failed to advocate on my behalf to them).

  • Peterfilmphoto Peter (@Peterfilmphoto) reported

@Telstra @alisonsbread Don’t listen to them, Alison - Telstra’s NBN product and service is terrible
