    @NBN_Australia our internet service has recently dropped in speed by half. We have raised a complaint with the provider however they state that we have recently been moved to a different node. Can you help? It is difficult to work from home when our speeds are so low.

    @Telstra Appallingly… no follow up from phone call and now having to wait until Monday for a technician (not to mention the fancy 4G “back up” router did not switch over NBN to Signal, apparently due to SIM failure .. it would be a comedy of errors, but it’s not funny.

    @ccarthy @NBNCoLimited I *think* you have to go through your ISP, and convince them that it's an NBN issue, and get them to do a visit. @Aussie_BB would, I know, not shy away from getting NBN involved, because they're ace. Your ISP may vary, especially if the first part of its name rhymes with Hell.
