    @NBN_Australia @Optus I informed @Optus that a cut cable was the problem before this callout and no one sent a technician that could check the underground cable? What a joke. A joke that has been going for 3 weeks now because of sheer incompetence in fixing a problem quickly

    @NBN_Australia @stephenhockin10 We rely on this critical infrastructure. From banking to marketing. I'm on day 4, zero connectivity. 4g is overwhelmed by load. Do better, faster. The longer this takes the more people go without up here. Post code 2481. What's an acceptable blackout period ?? Help!

    3 weeks without internet, and probably going to be a full month at this rate because @NBN_Australia and @Optus are Frustratingly slow to fix a cut cable. Absolutely frustrated at how slow they are at fixing the problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

    @llewcom @Telstra ETA? I’ve no reception or NBN in Mur’bah since We’d morning. Surely your network has redundancy so the there isn’t a single point of failure? Think I’ll be switching to Space X Starlink!
