@NBN_Australia Aaaand we’re back up again. Only a 7 hour outage this time.

@Telstra 24 hours later, still no call, update or internet! Also, I’ve been told by Telstra that the delay is because @NBN_Australia are yet to acknowledge the order, but they say that’s not accurate, someone is lying, ACMA guidelines clearly state that you must advise what the issue is!

Another day. Another @NBN_Australia outage. HFC is terrible and there is no other option where I live.

@Telstra NBN not working again!how frequent you want to piss your customers off? Backup SIM card also not working, what else do you have to retain customers, by lying?

Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported
@TPG_Telecom The issue has been there for 7 days, yet only be onsite today or tomorrow? Have they even exercise any sense of urgency for customer? Most people are WFH and relying on the internet to work. NBN has been complacent with their monopoly status. 5G will be a great threat to NBN #NBN

@gregmcintyre @NickRossTech I don't recall the ATM Government ever handling an IT project well: NBN, #robodebt, census flop, etc. Put simply, they are out of the league — they don't "get it". I put it down to 2nd rate "leaders" — the #ArtfulDodger's smirk doen't belong to the skill set.

@Sairs_05 @Optus Have had 3 days of @optus NBN outages for post code 2076. Network Status page has, for 3 days running, stated the issue "is being investigated" - tried chasing up via Optus Chat and got no response despite waiting 45 mins. Having to use Telstra mobile data

David Lutz (@dlutzy) reported
@NBN_Australia Your status page says “No outage detected” however the NBN HFC Arris box has blinking lights that say otherwise.

@iiNet Just a point. Years ago I had a problem which related to drop outs and was told iinet had to persuade Telstra to sort it out. Now it’s the same with NBN. This system seems to be broken and the customer loses out every time.
