I was going, wasn't I. don't want to worry Joe, our greeengrocer, that I might not be returning to pay for yesterday's goods he let me have. (His #nbn was down). Cheers ... and bbl

@DocB__ @Aussie_BB I feel your pain I havent had nbn since last Tuesday been on the phone to 'Mate' every day bar Sunday they were closed, finally hit the jackpot with Justin today who finally worked out my problem if I could've reached through the phone to hug him I would have.

Having a whinge here but I resent the fact I was forced onto the NBN. I finally had the best internet of my life, an old cable line that was fast and, crucially, reliable. The NBN is down weekly here. It's like ******* bin night, part of the routine now. Great legacy 👍

@ben_damon @Michael_Buffer @MainEventTV No one here is paying for this crap, that said, the NBN will be hard at work.

@AlboMP How about a subsidy for existing and future Starlink in the areas that you can't service with the NBN. No infrastructure cost just help with the purchase cost and a monthly subsidy.

  • gizhou007 Martin Andrew (@gizhou007) reported

@Polite_Lion @lesstenny Costs for properties are expensive. Preparing the land and supplying NBN, water, sewerage, electricity, roads, gutters, storm water all add up. The house is often the cheapest component. Cheap housing is never cheap. Someone has to pay.

@PeterLuxmore @ComicalEngr Ours would have moved to XG or XGS-PON as well had the libs not crippled the fibre network. But instead #nbn is spending the money overbuilding the fttn/C areas with fttp. Once that's done they will look at higher GPONs
