    Hey @Telstra not a good look to disconnect me from the internet before the NBN was connected . Huge failure. Ive spent over 10 hours online with Telstra with no resolution. Find one.

    @Telstra Hi Anto, I have used Telstra's messaging service many times in the past month for this same issue. Very tedious, but repeated testing has shown the need for an NBN technician to visit. Appointments arranged, time taken off work, but no-one turns up. Really poor.

    I find another phone number and call it - OMG I get to speak to someone. I explain the situation - the customer service rep says that it’s through the NBN team and there is literally no one at Telstra who can resolve the problem until the morning.

    @Telstra we lost our NBN service and residential phone line on 1 Feb 21. #INC13246752. I have since wasted hours trying to get the problem fixed. Your 'service' is astonishly bad. Yesterday you sent me an invoice for February, when all I was expecting was an NBN technician. SOS.

    @MarquisO I had a call today that beats that - Indian caller said 'Hello this is the NBN, how can I help you" FO was my reply. He hung up

    Should never be surprised how insanely terrible the @NBN_Australia service is. 2nd day of "tech support", and 2nd time it has been rescheduled due to "bad weather". What bad weather? No rain, no wind... Are clouds now bad weather?? O_o

    @PMBarraclough @Wellsprings_Joy Glass-Jaw Abbott nobbled CSIRO to get rid of the Worlds leading Climate change scientists, plus he sacked most of the Bureau of Stats top ppl to prevent true stats, and also he Nobbled the NBN so his puppeteer would not lose his pay TV network. LNP = corruption at every level.

    @Telstra so I got NBN yesterday and have the worst speed from the service nothing is loading right on my Telstra tv properly keeps stopping to reload (and I have a booster ) not happy atm 😤

    @NBN_Australia This was likely related to the DynDNS outage. (at least that's what I'm going to put it down to.) All working now.

    @NBN_Australia Hi Rosemary. We did follow protocol and then NBN canceled the technician because they “saw that everything was fine” on their side. The issue is repeat and intermittent. We need a tech.
