  Home internet is down, BUT, according to Australia's "Lightning Fast" NBN... There IS no outage... Yeahhhhhhh.... The "Not Online" indicator light says otherwise. Optus are now "confirming" there's a problem... 🙄

  @Justme136160 @robb_j_m To be fair, David is not wrong. Telcos will use the NBN infrastructure as they see fit. It’s cheaper to pay to use the NBN infrastructure that is already there than to lay down their own fibre. In fact, telcos like Optus and Telstra are already NBN providers.

  @Peter_Fitz I was a Young Lib at UWA. Tea & Fairy Bread with Mal Fraser @ Sir Charles house. Volunteered. I was sliding but NBN was the last straw. AUS needed a statesman we got Abbott. :( Volunteer for an independant now. Unlikely to support libs ever again. If they are around that is.

  Was there an issue with the 4G/5G network in Melbourne, Victoria today?? It seems as I got out of the CBD the network improved but within the metropolitan areas there was issues?? @Starlink at home seems to be operating fine - anyone have NBN issues?

  @cuffs1971 @robb_j_m @NBN_Australia Eh? You're saying, that because Australia has economies of scale, that fibre is more expensive?!? That's upside-down world! NBN has *way* more customers to spread the infra costs over. If anything, fibre should be cheaper in Australia than NZ, surely?

  @GeoffWilsonWAM @theAZtrader @ausgov Fully agree. Other than new property development which should still be benefit for housing supply. Poor structural reform that will impact future generations and brain drain Australia. Funding via NDIS / NBN restructure would have been far easier and more beneficial

  @Sauronlordking If there is one thing I didn't mind from the ALP that would be the NBN in its original form. Then this idiot came around and mutilated it into his own little mixed up mess. That now has to be unraveled at even more expense!!!
