    @NBN_Australia Spent 48 hours exchanging texts with Telstra. Following advice from private technician connected the NBN box to my laptop. Found ping was good but up and down load speeds were minimal. Telstra then agreed to escalate to NBN but 24 to 48 hour delay. Cannot work without @NBN

    @Telstra REALLY struggling with you guys right now. My husband and I both took half day off work yesterday and patiently waited for NBN to be connected between 12-5...NO ONE came! I was on the text chat from 1.30pm until 10pm...still no resolution!

    @Telstra I live inAscot Vale in Victoria . We have arranged numerous appts with Telstra to have our phone line upgraded for the nbn. On every single occasion since April the tech guys never show up. This behaviour is disgraceful !

    @VaperNt @GregHuntMP @Bowenchris NZ broadband makes NBN look like the outdated under performing service it is & cares about their citizens health and well-being Let alone helping their own economy and exports.     @Telstra Non working internet for 48 hours I need a technician to visit. Business only help from Telstra is text message exchange. Paying top price for NBN cannot work cannot get a technician to work and online service takes hours with only negative outcomes

    @NBN_Australia Telstra has flagged the fault. I cannot undertake business. Why does it take another 24 to 48 hours for @NBN to fix and no phone numbers from NBN or Telstra to discuss . A 5 G tower is being erected in my street. Will slow service push us off NBN to 5G?

    @AlboMP It’s almost like the LNP destroyed the NBN’s potential so they blame its dysfunction for every bad decision over the next 20 years. Stuart Robert spent 30k+ a month on internet and still can’t do his job!

    @StuddertNatalie @strangerous10 @davidbewart My provider lied to me from day one. A year of fighting with them. They knew they wouldn't fix ADSL. Then a tech accidently leaked because of coming NBN. So lawyer rang and got my details, story. And voila! Great compo.

    @DoctorKarl I did like Turnbull as PM however this was the one big ****-up he made with the NBN when that was in his portfolio. He opted for an over-copper solution as it was the quick & cheap option. Now we have to redeploy fibre if we are going to get up to any decent level.

    @pjerfal @DoctorKarl FttC was only deployed in the past few years. Most cities are on fttn. I've never seen any provider offering a free upgrade unless it's part of the NBN upgrade where areas are selected and users agreed to pay higher speed tier for 12m
