    @NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    Working at nbn would have a better idea, I still can’t find you guys addressing this issue on your blogs or twitter all I’d like is somewhat of an idea when it will be fixed it’s already been a week with no comment from you guys

    @NBN_Australia We look forward to the network not lost being & needing fixing every time it rains, the network is sub-standard, we suffer real costs because of it. Our ISP blames your network. Sub-standard service does not cut it when you have paying customers. What will be done to prevent it?

    SMALL BUSINESSES, YOU CAN’T AFFORD TO BECOME #Telstra VICTIMS. @Telstra @andy_penn What is #Telstra’s toothless social media team there for if it can’t solve any problems about my NBN order, ****** up since Nov? What is its purpose? I’d say #Telstra can’t answer this, either.

    @rambunctiousgo3 @PFoilers @spike4169 Unless it was on SBS I wouldn't know as I don't have Netflix. I just remember watching a 2hr Doco one night last yr. I'd love to watch this but others in the same block of flats have been having trouble with the NBN broadband.
