@NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

@Optus Stop outsourcing Customer services. They are bullshit . I have tried couple of times contacting them but they send one reply after 4-5 minutes and i am really annoyed. I Got My mobile plan , Optus NBN , Optus 5G with you guys from almost 3 years and still something is wrong
@Optus has Worst Customer service in the history of Mobile network. Worst decision i have made. @Optus Your People are slow as your Optus 5G network. I have suffered for 2 years with you guys. Finally changed to @Optus NBN and the Service you guys provide me is Same as always
@Optus The last actual conversation I had with your inept tech support acknowledged there had been 11 drop outs in the prior 24 hours, and that was after NBN techs replaced everything.
@TPG_Telecom Its already been identified as an NBN outage im just wondering when its going to be fixed. Its been over 12 hours.

@TPG_Telecom how much longer will the NBN be disconnected in Rydalmere, NSW? It's been off since 11am this morning! Are u going to reimburse me for the extra data I have had to use from mobile hotspotting so i can work. Service has been terrible lately!! Might be time to change
