@NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

@__negg The person who screw up the nbn network

  • Cp_phillips1990 Chris-top-her (@Cp_phillips1990) reported

@Optus i have been trying to get nbn and Home Phone reactivate for 4 hours. I've been on the phone to technicians going around in circles with no help at all. Done every step, every troubleshoot, everything, yet I always get the same reply. What's going on?

  • OzIndustries The Wizard of Oz (@OzIndustries) reported

@Telstra Indication of 6pm for NBN, has been out of service since yesterday afternoon. The 4g back up smart modem doesn’t work either due to poor signal.

  • A_D_Morgan A D Morgan (@A_D_Morgan) reported

@NBN_Australia Khan, that’s your box right there. Your box indicating the non-existence of a service. Your position of employment appears to not even amount to indicating a fault to those who work to provide a service.

  • LifeofRoger Roger db (@LifeofRoger) reported

@Aussie_BB @FrothingMuppet Hi, I'm an ABB customer of about 3 years with home NBN connection. Just thinking about your mobile plans, which network do you use? Telstra? i work away a lot so just wondering.

  • notmrdarcy080 notmrdarcy (@notmrdarcy080) reported

@markhumphries Maybe you can lobby him to help get renters connected to NBN for free.

  • JacobyJuntao Jacoby Juntao (@JacobyJuntao) reported

@NBN_Australia How about you publish a list of upcoming work schedules on your website, rather than bombarding people's email with garbage.

  • bruzo2 Bruce Cook (@bruzo2) reported

@telstra your nbn service sucks. What do I do to get service?

  • gcLaborista gcLaborista - #VoteYes to close the gap (@gcLaborista) reported

@edwards_aus Technologically inept Turnbull destroyed the NBN project by installing a hash of inferior systems, but can we fix it when the mess is ubiquitous? Can we extricate ourselves from rampant capitalism, when it's so entrenched? Use what's functional & leave the dross?)
