Yesterday Telstra filed a complaint based on a fault that no one has said exists. NBN technician called us and said there was no fault. @telstra is a total #circus

We run a business & nothing from #telstra to tell us what is happening, if modem dispatched, when it will arrive. No communication. @AnnyDruett account holder I’m her partner 🤬
