@jonesy2794 @TwitterSupport I feel lucky as a restart of the phone seems to have fixed it for now. Or I could just blame NBN as I have also gone to the mobile network.

@HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

Let me guess @Telstra you want me to call your incompetent staff again... HOW ABOUT FIX THE PROBLEM NOW!!!! 2000236045330 otherwise I'm taking my 2 mobiles (BYO), NBN and foxtel to another provider..

@TMFScottP @Telstra @NBN_Australia Agreed. My provider offered broadband back as of all the problems in the area. I'm sure others had the same offer. I'm also sure it will improve one day. However school work needs to be done.

I've had a decent go at @Telstra and @NBN_Australia on here when they've screwed up. But we had the NBN go down last week, the Telstra app was thorough in diagnosing then booking an NBN tech. The NBN tech was excellent and worked hard to resolve the issue, which he did. Bravo.

@galumay i’ve been advised by my provider that nbn will charge. as this has not happened previously i am surprised at advice. i have fttc, and apparently the ‘gpu is down’. tbh, don’t know what that means except it’s not on my property.

@TurnbullMalcolm it's a shame you propped up and propelled reactionary negativity to the idea when you were PM, lighting up the highly misleading, inflammatory troupe as a "third chamber". It was never thus. This and your approach to the NBN are blights on your otherwise strong integrity.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact @NBN_Australia about this, except via the provider. For an essential service, this seems like a pretty broken system, doesn’t it? 2/2

@NBN_Australia If it was genuine emergency stuff well fine, but this is days and days of techs doing clearly scheduled work to remediate a dying technology.

@macsween_prue @TurnbullMalcolm When Turnbull was Minister for the NBN and telephone lines, my bills went up by thousands of dollars, and I had to cut back on charity work, and prosecuting pedos...I will never forget it.
