    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.

    @NBN_Australia that’d be great if every day from 2pm-11pm the wifi wasn’t so unbearably slow that I can’t even load a webpage. I went to South Korea and it really gave a perspective as to how horrifyingly slow NBN is

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @exetel @chuggins9000 @NBN_Australia Thanks Rehan, but it is not an Exetel problem, all my neighbours have the same problem. NBN Co decided not to deluver high speed internet infrastucture to our Adamstown Heights area.

    @marklevy2gb @NBN_Australia @BelongAU Same thing happened to me, NBN tech got cancelled multiple times with us taking time out to meet him. What happened was NBN 'fixed' the problem remotely and cancelled without telling us. How this happened when our NBN box was fried and obviously not working is beyond me. 1/

    Hey @Telstra @NBN_Australia Help the NNSW @Bogangar, #cabarita AREA They have barely survived the floods and now no coverage! Extract today NBN workforce has attended the customer's site and advised NBN fault.....NO PRD! NO Service! No idea when they'll have coverage again

    @iiNet Does the new Home 5G plan come with backup 4G if 5G has issues? Generally I find my 50mbs is a floor, not a ceiling when it comes to speed. "Sometimes" it all drops out, and as I've moved from NBN to this, I'm not sure what troubleshooting steps to take

    @bugwannostra Abbott killed the 10000% faster NBN as pork for Murdoch and now we pay 3x more each month for internet with only 0.001 the original speed. Axed the mining tax which pissed away over a $Trillion of future profits. Onion Abbott 💩 + Sloppy Joe Hockey 💩 =WORST 💩 BURGER EVER

    Our optus NBN & landline 📞 bundle service & 2📱services are becoming expensive services to have. Someone once asked me why I have 2 📱, 1 📱 is for my mother who uses it when she can’t use the landline 📞 to ring me when I’m away from home.

    @StormyAUS_ A big electrical storm knocked out the No1 port on my Nbn box. Nbn co ended up reallocating my connection to the 2nd port, problem solved! Between them and iinet, under a 24hour turnaround, I'm kinda shocked.

    @NBN_Australia Hi Alicia, I've been through over 12 months of troubleshooting with my ISP and most of that with the ombudsman involved. While some issues have been fixed, there are still dropouts occurring which are apparently considered normal. Are 4 drop-outs in a 24 hour period normal?

    Thanks guys ;; Hoping its back tomorrow but they cant find the cause of the problem, its not power, its not the nbn, they think its the link to the node possibly but they have just ****** us around, been over 3 days now, hoping tomorrow we get an actual ETA when the net is back.

    @RoadknightThe We could have had a high speed #FTTH #NBN covering the entire nation by now, but the LNP sabotaged it & the numpties all fell for it. Bit late to be complaining about slow internet speeds in 2023. That’s what Australians repeatedly voted for.
