    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @Internode once again our @NBN_Australia connection is out because it has rained. Please fix the physical connection to our house. It is NOT a problem in our house. It is a problem with your ancient corroded copper network. Please repair immediately.

    @exetel @chuggins9000 @NBN_Australia Thanks Rehan, but it is not an Exetel problem, all my neighbours have the same problem. NBN Co decided not to deluver high speed internet infrastucture to our Adamstown Heights area.

    @NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.

    @NBN_Australia that’d be great if every day from 2pm-11pm the wifi wasn’t so unbearably slow that I can’t even load a webpage. I went to South Korea and it really gave a perspective as to how horrifyingly slow NBN is

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @NBN_Australia No lights on the NBN box. (Told them 3 times) It’s dead and cold. But Telstra has put me back in the wait last 9 1/2 hours since I started this complaint. It’s a thriller - will they tell me the next step? Stay tuned...

    @Telstra I’ve done all the turn off, take out plug, re- plug stuff. No lights. There aren’t more suggestions on your link. I raised a fault case at 10.04 this morning. I keep getting put back to the ‘we’re very busy’ message and can’t get a resolution. I think I need a new NBN box.

    So today I get an email from @Optus stating that they would like to end my @NBN_Australia contract as they are unable to meet minimum speed requirements. I have a stable all be it slow connection do you think that maybe they could work with @NBN_Australia and make it better?

    @Telstra No outages when I checked yesterday. I think my NBN box is dead, but I have been dumped off the text helpline four times now. It’s almost 12 hours now since I began reporting my problem and I’ll have to start again tomorrow. I’ll try to phone as I’m getting rather frustrated now.

    @Telstra I think I am in backup mode. I have a slow, basic internet connection but no phone. No outages, no problems after check on speed etc. The NBN box has no signs of life. Tbh I’m worn down by the whole thing. I need to speak to a person.

    So much for the #NBN being better and faster. That piece of **** LNP solution has been down more times in the last 3 wks than over the previous 11 yrs on ADSL. Yesterday, it was down for almost 24 hours! The #LNP couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery!

    @NBN_Australia Hmm. Third person now online saying they will help, but has been silent for 15 mins since saying so. Began my efforts at 10.04 am. Still going at 7 pm and am worse off. No landline now. Couldn’t say I am happy. No progress past turn it off and on again, which I did yesterday.
