    @Telstra Sean, Considering the Telstra bottom line over the past decade (or two) one wonders why it's taken so long. Virtue signalling and 'dog food' for the desperate does nothing for Telstra's abysmal customer service reputation, over pricing, or the disaster that is the NBN.

    @Optus our nbn connection is down at the moment because the cable out on the street has been damaged. How on earth can we get in contact with you to advise??? Been trying for the last hour to contact someone with no luck

    @psyOPs_ @NBN_Australia Yeah, it's very likely an issue somewhere between the DPU, the pit, and the link. FTTC is a nightmare and I really really wish they'd just done FTTP like the other half of my suburb has.

    @Telstra Thanks Tori. It's 3954. Had a similar problem a few weeks back. Both mobile service and NBN are scratchy at best

    @NBN_Australia That's cool. I get that there are structures in place. We're at the point where we need to look at the pit and the actual fibre link. My house has been recabled twice. From the phone jack to the DPU, everything is brand new. We're in month 3 of this issue. It's frustrating.
