Dear @BelongAU and @NBN_Australia your customer service is a load of crap. I request a change of service, available from 7th. You can’t make a connection appointment until the 16th but you still disconnect on the 7th. Left in a black hole for 9 days + #nbnfail

@NBN_Australia Service is back up. Just found it odd that the issue “self resolved” and that’s considered due diligence to ensure a reliable network?

@flyntracy Hi Flyn, an unplanned incident means something other than scheduled maintenance is currently affecting your service. For example, a third party may have accidentally damaged underground cables or other nbn assets. The estimated duration of these outages can vary. 1/2

@imbalaska @ScottMorrisonMP @abcsydney Was relevant 100 years ago. NBN has made it totally obsolete as a Broadcaster. More of a Narrow Caster today. Straight down the Latte set..

@Matt_Tulk Targets don't have to be "spot on" they can also be asymptotic goals. Even if we stuck with the original 97% FTTP NBN, i wouldn't expect it to be complete down to the week. Because Govnt always runs overtime and overbudget.
