Dear @BelongAU and @NBN_Australia your customer service is a load of crap. I request a change of service, available from 7th. You can’t make a connection appointment until the 16th but you still disconnect on the 7th. Left in a black hole for 9 days + #nbnfail

@Dashman01 Punting! I backed Just Deal It to win, Smooth Showgirl to win, Late Night Date and Innocent Crocker e/w, of course I didn't box them in anything. Couldn't cancel a bet to lay off JDIt in the run on the fair as good old NBN dropped out which halved my collect. Feeling sick 😭

@NBN_Australia Hey Natalie, I have been in contact with my provider for the last three days, they have assured me that this is on your end. They raised this issue with you two days ago, and yet, here I sit with 2mbps upload speed :) This seems to happen for a week every month around this date.
@wazxxmas Nothing comes to mind. Even the NBN was dummed down enough to take away any threat to Murdoch - as he would have wanted.
Telstra wireless NBN 8 hr outage yesterday bad day for business

@jendudley @Telstra I am a mega geek too. I generally notice bad network performance. I really hate buffering in particular. My wife complained about the NBN being slow the other day, then realised she wasn't on Wi-Fi and it was actually the Telstra 4G service having issues.
@Telstra I believe I have another appointment with nbn to come out and connect me. Problem is it seems your in the hands of the contractors. I’ve been very hesitant to get the nbn since I’ve only ever heard bad things. Mobile whilst not as good at least is easy. I buy and I’m connected.
@NBN_Australia It’s the fact that I’m not connected. If I am willing customer simply wanting the internet and a telephone, I expect someone to connect me. My connection is not hard, yet it’s been made hard simply by a contractor not wanting to provide good customer service
@TelstraAU selected move service, moved today, foxtel tech came, nbn no show. Phoned and told never confirmed but app says it was. Customer rep told me there is a tech issue. I dont have nbn. Waited 4 hours for this. Who do i invoice for wasted time!
