    Dear @BelongAU and @NBN_Australia your customer service is a load of crap. I request a change of service, available from 7th. You can’t make a connection appointment until the 16th but you still disconnect on the 7th. Left in a black hole for 9 days + #nbnfail

    @826Maureen @Telstra I use Kogan mobile for my iPhone,cheap as chips and not had a single problem,same iiNet for home nbn.i will never use Telstra for anything ever again.

    In what ******* world is there a shortage for decent internet connection. I'm just ******* angry and frustrated. Ever since the nbn has been introduced, nothing good has come of it, poor lagging, terrible connections and now they can't even achieve a simple roll out.

    I have never had internet that absolutely $H1T's itself more than my current internet with @Aussie_BB . No point in even ringing them either, it's not NBN so they just blame someone else with zero resolution.

    @Telstra Thanks for following up, but I've nothing good to report. Just shouted down another one of your staff members for telling me that the NBN "maintenance" may have affected my node, so now I'm out of luck for the entire weekend or more. I'm really not happy with this service.

    @warwickpauld @ScottMorrisonMP Careful, you’ll give them ideas for some trifle ‘mixed media’ solution of some injections, some patches, some nasal sprays and some infection party’s for kids which will be slower and more expensive (ala NBN mixed media debacle).

    Currently dealing with an NBN outage at home. It’s going to get fixed, but I’m not in a burning rush. Enjoying catching up on my reading, listening to vinyls, playing offline games on the PS4
