    @PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia #Fraudband just an announcement no delivery, what your really doing is spinning, rewriting history, prop duplicating failed network, retrofitting! Hiding the biggest policy, infrastructure disasters in history. Making us pay more for fixed lines we can no longer connect.

    @Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

    @NBN_Australia my 1st issue is telstra paying slave wages and getting billions to fix nbn and probably jobkeeper as well. Secondly it is 3rd world country and goes out all the time especially after midnight. Thirdly it should be socialised and nearly free as now a necessity of modern life.

    @Telstra If I can possibly get my connection speed increased back to a useable level while waiting for the NBN to switch back to the fixed network that would be several levels of excellent b/c I've been hotspotting off my phone and it's eating up all my data.

    @amelialcole3 Hey there Amelia. It's not great to hear that you are having some NBN troubles. I've taken a look at your area of 2229, NSW and haven't been able to detect any outages or maintenance works that may be affecting your service at this time. (1/2)

    @NBN_Australia Unfortunately it's being help up on your end - the installers filled out the records yesterday but ABB can't begin process to switch me to FTTP because my service records haven't been changed yet by NBN to say FTTP is available. Any idea how long this will take?

    @callapilla Seriously, I'm sure it's a con to rip off more taxpayer money through a seemingly savvy IT solution. The public have fallen for it all before: LNP has form for this: CovidSafe, Census 2016, nbn still not fully rolled out, Angus doctored web docs, Vaccine booking (NOW). LNP SCAM

    @Tygati Sometimes it will eventually switch itself back and other times I get to have a fun afternoon of getting Telstra techs to run remote tests on my line only to tell me that they can't identify/fix the problem and I need to get an NBN tech in in person. I hate it so much.

    @NBN_Australia Would be off so often. I seriously thought that it would continuously improve like all technology. Thanks for the info on disasters. I will make sure I read it again. It won't help though if there is no connectivity. Some days to make a phone call I 2/3

    @Telstra Now being steered onto capped data mobile broadband contract. Refuses to escalate to local support. I can see the NBN box on the side of the house and the connection in the wall...

    @beyondbeeton @isobelroe @shalailah What happens if you are in a black-spot no internet area? What happens if the app is down, like most Govt apps? What happens if you don't have any phone credit left? What happens if your phone can't handle the app? What happens if the NBN is too slow?
