    @Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

    @Optus our NBN is rubbish today. Intermittent outages but otherwise latency, buffering and freezing. I’ve done on/off. On wait with tech support for over 30 minutes. Probably congestion as I live in a holiday town but it’s not what we’re paying for.

    @Yorozuya_Kyx Hi, We're aware of an issue impacting Victorian NBN services. We're working to have this resolved as soon as possible, fault 24750205. We have not been provided a concrete ETR as yet and apologise about this issue - Steven

    @Optus NBN is down, Werribee VIC, rebooted modem and got it back up but it has since gone again, please fix, I don't want to listen to channel 7s commentary, I need the nbn for Kayo

    @Optus I have been trying to us the message service since 2:30 still no response. My nbn is not working & has random flickers where it comes up for 1-3minutes before disconnected for ages. I have restarted the modem, & done a hard reset. I'm in Tas but ur tweets only mention Vic

    @Optus not only is my nbn not working, even after restarting my modem multiple times, but the streaming on my mobile is sketchy too. And I have restarted my phone multiple times also. So mobile services are impacted too. 😒
