@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@chrismurphys @Telstra Telstra’s run by a team of zombies.I was sent a new NBN modem with instructions to fit it myself or have a tech do it at $250. Problem is cables are not compatible and Telstra doesn’t seem to have a called centre operator who knows what I am talking about.Telstra shop queue - 6 !

@ChorusNZ I don’t have a ‘service provider’ we made the request to you to obtain fibre following your big marketing push in the provinces. I am learning that your CEO is ex NBN which was a pretty big disaster. BUT Australia does afford customers the benefit of confirming appointments.

@MichaelWestBiz I recently went to iiNet for NBN. (had used them and happy with their service - techie did TVs, PC etc ) Kept "landline" as had 3 new cordless handsets. Glad I did, far better, clearer calls. NBN seems OK, definitely faster. Drops out sometimes, just have to re-connect.

@CedricOz @MichaelWestBiz yes but when the NBN turns up they are given (from memory) 18 months to get on it before their existing service is cut.

@jaquix173 @MichaelWestBiz I did the same Jackie and the NBN so far has been very good. I've had no drop outs or loss of service unlike the copper that constantly failed

@NBN_Australia just got told the wait time to see why the nbn is not working is 6 weeks? Trying to work from home. Can this possibly be right in metro Perth??
