@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

I find another phone number and call it - OMG I get to speak to someone. I explain the situation - the customer service rep says that it’s through the NBN team and there is literally no one at Telstra who can resolve the problem until the morning.

@NBN_Australia Hi Rosemary. We did follow protocol and then NBN canceled the technician because they “saw that everything was fine” on their side. The issue is repeat and intermittent. We need a tech.

@janinesymons @nbn @Aussie_BB Truly, its beyond the service provider's control. They have no influence over it. Big part of the problem is that NBN have slashed the rates for contractors by around 40% so techs not very interested. NBN made sure there is no contact with End Users for a reason!

@Telstra we lost our NBN service and residential phone line on 1 Feb 21. #INC13246752. I have since wasted hours trying to get the problem fixed. Your 'service' is astonishly bad. Yesterday you sent me an invoice for February, when all I was expecting was an NBN technician. SOS.

Only to cancel 24 hours later blaming @NBN_Australia. Is there any more frustrating thing than dealing with these companies who just keep passing the buck. Please just set it up. My son is chewing through data like there’s no tomorrow.

Should never be surprised how insanely terrible the @NBN_Australia service is. 2nd day of "tech support", and 2nd time it has been rescheduled due to "bad weather". What bad weather? No rain, no wind... Are clouds now bad weather?? O_o
