@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

If you are having problems with the NBN remember who made it a worse system when you next vote. A great idea ruined by Morrison and Co

I am totally frustrated by the quality of customer service provided by @Telstra and @NBN_Australia. It seems both the whole seller and retailer work in tandem with each other to ensure that one cant get decent broadband access. #Telstra #NBN

@Optus Hi Optus, I wish to cancel my service with your rubbish company, it is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I cannot believe that this would happen in a modern country. 5days to solve an NBN problem and no closer to solving it, multiple handoffs, calls cutting

.@NBN_Australia Honestly, what kind of **** service is this? I'm trying to run a digital marketing business from home and NBN drops out twice daily at a MINIMUM. I'm constantly tethered to my mobile. What ******** do you people even do there and are you going to fix our NBN?

@3AWNeilMitchell @PennyWaites @SquizzSTK Is the internet not working well at Flinders? I thought they rolled out the NBN for you rich guys before the bigger towns of Rosebud & Hastings. Did it cut out when you clearly said this is the state governments fault? 🤔

@MissEmmG @alivicwil @annaspargoryan 1. Not funny. Truth. I work in the remotest regions and people are more connected than my in-laws in central BNE. So it's age not region. 2. NBN does not equal internet. 3. Using FB is using internet. HN is still the worst option of all available choices.

@NBN_Australia scheduled maintenance from 7.30am-4 pm for up to 4 weekdays makes working from home challenging. Even more so when usually good 4G coverage coincidentally drops to less than 1 bar. Working from a park in search of more bars not the solution I hoped for!
