@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia #Fraudband just an announcement no delivery, what your really doing is spinning, rewriting history, prop duplicating failed network, retrofitting! Hiding the biggest policy, infrastructure disasters in history. Making us pay more for fixed lines we can no longer connect.

@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@Telstra I am no longer interested in the NBN account I signed up for. The plan I was put on was a lot more expensive than my existing ADSL plan. This was NOT flagged in advance. Please cancel my NBN and leave me on my existing ADSL plan for the time being.

@NBN_Australia is down in Killara. Sorry @BESydney for disrupting our conversation this afternoon. Have now managed to get the personal hotspot on the phone to work after mucking around and realising had to turn the NBN off!

So, I finally got a new place, can set it up to however I like so I can stream, and then I get hit with the fact that the old tenant took the NBN NTD box so no one can reconnect to the net until it's replaced. And that's not happening until March because of delays. ****.

@BevMcArthurMP Don't try to reform it - privatise it and keep a rural only emergency radio network. The NBN covers the reasons we originally had ABC and SBS.

@Telstra So it’s a yes then. I would think that any troubleshooting, regardless of the reason for taking that long, should have a time limit for customer involvement. It was an NBN box/lightning issue that I knew what the problem was but the support insisted I troubleshoot for the day.

@NBN_Australia @Telstra booked online for nbn via Telstra on 18th Dec, nbn technician can only come on 22nd Feb!I am 20 minutes from sydney CBD!I thought Telstra was pathetic service it seems @NBN_Australia takes the cake!
