@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia #Fraudband just an announcement no delivery, what your really doing is spinning, rewriting history, prop duplicating failed network, retrofitting! Hiding the biggest policy, infrastructure disasters in history. Making us pay more for fixed lines we can no longer connect.

You know us customers now stuck on default #4G data because for some ‘unknown’ reason we’ve lost fixed line connectivity! @Telstra #LNP were warned, to little too late! #Auspol

Until the utility pole across the road is replaced (it's leaning), every-time the garbage truck stops outside our house we're terrified that they'll drive off with our @NBN_Australia FTTN connection again 😬

@SpudBenBean A few people on Twitter have reported those. I had some **** warbling on about the NBN on my landline today. My response: “NBN? Don’t talk to me about the NBN! Bloody thing never works, cuts out, runs slow. Always being upgraded but who would know?” Him: “Click.”

@Dunhacking @SpudBenBean My NBN FTTH worked terrific up 2 the end of initial 2 yr contract. The second it was up the problems started. Telstra only interested in new contracts & bigger the existing 1s. Just pinch their bandwidth.

Key @Kogan how do I pay your NBN bill when my account's credit card has expired? There is no online portal and no one is answering support calls. I just spent 30 mins on hold and hung up. Time to churn, I suppose.

@SpudBenBean Yep, I got one purporting to be from Fedex yesterday. I also keep getting robocalls claiming to be from the NBN, saying that they're going to cut off my service.

It took 5 weeks to connect my NBN to @Telstra. I gotta say, the reason I didn't go postal was because of the Concierge service by my allocated agent Ankita keeping me updated and only a text away. Only 1 person to deal with throughout. Great service!

@jodiem @NBN_Australia I have Foxtel through the same cable so when it goes down I lose it all , Optus cable was never as unreliable, but I must say the speed is excellent
