@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@Telstra no wifi in my house this morning with NBN. Wasted couple of hours with online bot. Phoned 132200 and asked for callback. Automated phone back asked me to press 1 which I did twice to be disconnected. Customer Service? Not!

@NBN_Australia considering Sydney is still in lockdown and people working from home, might be prudent to delay any work that will interrupt the network.

@BelindaJones68 @JoshFrydenberg @ScottMorrisonMP Can someone please string a copper wire into Kirribilli from the nearest NBN node? It’s slow but at least he can get in touch with us. Must be a mobile black spot in that remote area.

sounds delicious

Ok can anyone recommend other ISPs cos @iiNet are giving me the run around. Apparently calling to say you’re moving and need your NBN moved means you want wireless internet, then you call to get that fixed and told to give it a chance (it’s terrible), then you call again…
