@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@Telstra hey Telstra, my modem has been using the backup 4g data for well over a day now with no reported outages for Telstra or nbn in my area. Can’t really do my work on this connection, is this an issue I can fix or will I need a tech to my house?

@NBN_Australia It's fttn. It's slow, it's unreliable, the line has needed repairs multiple times, it's unfit for service, and nbnco thinks it's funny to quote thousands of dollars for an fttp upgrade when properties <50m away have fttp connected

@Power_Age23 Turnbull had multiple things that he nearly got through that got shot down by the party. He also crippled the NBN, so there's that.

@Telstra Issue 51275084. NBN was supposed to be turning up from 8am this morning but complaint now shows as resolved on my Telstra app. Issue has not been resolved.

@BenSmee @Optus I was in this boat a few months back. After rebooting my router numerous times, they booked a NBN technician to come and have a look. And then I found reset button on my NBN box and it fixed the problem. I’ve since added Optus Technician to my resume.

Hey, @Telstra & @NBN_Australia. If you know there's an outage in the network, updating your respective outage web pages prevents wasting time, both mine and the support person who has to investigate. If the *internal* outage page can show the issue, put it on the public one too.
