@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia #Fraudband just an announcement no delivery, what your really doing is spinning, rewriting history, prop duplicating failed network, retrofitting! Hiding the biggest policy, infrastructure disasters in history. Making us pay more for fixed lines we can no longer connect.

@NBN_Australia Your wholsale "support" team has summarily cancelled two call-outs to fix a definite physical line problem, without informing me. ISP is trying for a THIRD time to get you to do your job. Undecided if the lack of action, or the lack of communication, is more irritating. 🤨

@paulbrislen Having just returned from Melbourne, nbn is painfully slow. Hitting speeds 5x faster since I've been back Costs about $10 more a month in NZ Aussie broadband v now

@binaryADD @NBN_Australia @superloopnet Yeah, no issues in 2 years until now. And it's not their fault, just annoying because I've been working all day from home and tethering and will need to do the same for the footy tonight

Great home internet isn't working again like omg I HATE NBN in Australia like omg it's absolute garbage and it's all the Governments fault for cutting costs and doing a half assed job

@cathywilcox1 Made the mistake of answering the landline. Had 4 calls that day from a recorded message saying my NBN would be cut off. We just let it ring out. Down to 1 call a week now.

On hold with one's nbn provider, unable to get a connection, hearing the recording suggest that to "check if your address is affected by an outage, please visit www..." Tell me someone in Australia does better than this.

@DillB25 Hi Dylan, many premises in apartment blocks are served by the nbn FTTB network. However, there are currently no plans to upgrade these services to FTTP. 1/3

@cathywilcox1 I tell them I have no NBN and that I'm not wearing any underwear and you have a lovely voice. Can almost hear the men choke as they terminate the call. I try not to say that to women but usually say "times are tough but this is a pretty horrible way to make a living isn't it?"

@MyRepublicAU Only been with you less than a month and the outages are next level. Who is your provider as on the NBN website it says there is no outage for my address. Very dodgy and some transparency is needed please
