@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@_BertHandsome She had a tweet about the nbn a few months ago blaming the nbn essentially for the Royal Commission website failing. But its wrong on so many levels. Those sites are not anything to do with the nbn. Its a bandwith issue with so may connecting at once, its also processing power,

All those struggling with @Telstra complete lack of iservice @Aussiebroadband has human beings Ozzies can talk 2 4 support I connected 2 NBN EASY unlike some of comments from those attempting Telstra connection My prob can't disconnect Telstra as can't get hold any1 2 tell them

@NBN_Australia Well according to my provider who have been to my home a million times to fix my connection it's your fault my connection keeps dropping. I have spent a few hundred dollars on new modems as well to hopefully fix the connection but I get drop outs all day and night long.

Telstra NBN. One can only laugh. Ordered the NBN 67 days ago, no show 3 times, next available date Feb 16th. Tried to cancel for a week, eventually told it'll take another 48 hours to cancel. Nice work @Telstra @Telstra_news - moving everything @VodafoneAU

@NBN_Australia I didn't even @ u lol I've been checking the outage page hourly (which is really lacking in useful information to be honest) and contacted my isp but they always take days to respond to tickets and calls so thanks Jo

@iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

@sockoh @NBN_Australia Hi there, With storms it can be sometimes be possible for issues to be isolated with one house being out the next working and the next out again. As a result we can only treat each case individually and let NBN group any they can or look for failed network hardware - Adam

@NBN_Australia Yes. Apparently lots of people with same complaints. Tests fail so nbn technician almost a week after storm fault :(
