@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

Hey @NBN_Australia - can you put up a post or a link warning people of the new scam going around where scammers cold call people telling them that an upcoming outage in their area means that they won't have any access to internet, mobile or landlines? #scamalert #scamwatch

@NBN_Australia I was reflecting on the original plan to roll out FTTP as an essential service not paying for connectivity…I realise this govt stuffed it up,not your fault, thanks for reply but no thanks. In these Covid times FTTP would have made a great contribution.

@NBN_Australia Your site says maintenance this coming Wednesday with, again, a claim of “without service interruptions”. Can I trust your claims this time round?

1/ Apols for this but I feel like getting it off my chest. Therapy, I guess. 6-7 weeks ago my elderly mother’s telco service switched to NBN. It hasn’t worked since. Turns out her telco, @moretelecomau, had sent the wrong modem. But why would we know that? Nor did they?

@PhillipONeill We are sorry to hear that your service may be affected due to maintenance in the area, Phillip. nbn is planning to limit non-essential maintenance to minimise scheduled, planned outages in the weeks ahead to maintain network availability as much as possible. 1/2

@NBN_Australia my internet has been down for 48 hours and have not had an update for 24 hours…what is going on? My partner can’t do his job without internet and unable to use a hotspot for security reasons so unable to work today. If it’s a known issue, why no update?
