@Scott_John @TaodeHaas First applied for NBN in March. After many false starts, broken appointments, interruptions, countless phone calls complaints , the whole show, it was finally connected in late April. It drops out at least once a day. It’s a nuisance I didn’t want, but had to have.

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia #Fraudband just an announcement no delivery, what your really doing is spinning, rewriting history, prop duplicating failed network, retrofitting! Hiding the biggest policy, infrastructure disasters in history. Making us pay more for fixed lines we can no longer connect.

sigh.. idiot neighbour strikes again. Works for NBN.... harassed a carpenter installing a new front door (urgent repairs) about being on a job today. Calls cops. So I do too, they told him to call NSW Health and stop being a nuisance !!! WIN !

Did you know that @NBN_Australia can arbitrarily disconnect and delete your service to your isp @iiNet without your knowledge, without communication or approval? Then no one can tell you who or why. After which your ISP then requests that you pay a reconnection fee? Wow just wow

@Chopsie_Murphy @NBN_Australia @iiNet It’s incredible that someone inside NBN has the ability to shut someone’s internet down without confirming whether it’s the right one. In this day and age of dual authentication NBN do nothing and then avoid scrutiny via inbuilt opaqueness. ZERO ISO9001 quality processes.

Hi @NBN_Australia - if your techs decide to cancel a site visit then an SMS to the end customer would be great. Also a loop back test to confirm the service is working is not a resolution to a speed issue. 300Mbps on a Gigabit connection is not a service working correctly

I joined Mate nbn on two addresses thinking support would be above average as they are a local service provider. Unfortunately, support along with effective communication happen to be the two areas they fall short on. The name does not fit the practice as mates support eachother

So @Optus I have just spent more time than I care trying to sort out NBN. You’ve managed to make a loyal customer move services. You managed to send me 3 modems to 2 different addresses across 2 states. Then I’ve spent from 12.30 this afternoon one both the app and phone

@natasha_yann @NBN_Australia I commiserate. I haven’t had this same thing happen, but my nbn experience had my head about to explode. Eventually you’re likely to get redress via the ombudsman but that doesn’t help your pocket or mind right now. I hope @iiNet fix this promptly.
