@Telstra tried multiple times reporting the fault via telstra app chat, phone & directly with nbn. Everyone blaming the other. Refusal to attend until connection is tested remotely which can’t be done until wider service is restored. Unless you can do something different is there a point?

@MitchPommers @NBN_Australia NBNco use RSPs as a barrier to stop them chasing every “I unplugged the modem” or “I misconfigured my router” issue. Which is fair enough. The obvious HFC faults that I have to call up and report are frustrating though, since they still have to do the steps to satisfy NBNCo.

@MitchPommers @NBN_Australia This is why choosing your RSP is important. A good RSP will advocate on your behalf to NBNCo. You can potentially work with them on a TIO complaint if things are bad enough.

@kcollasarundell @MitchPommers @NBN_Australia Ugh. They might be – I haven’t had to go down that path with them. I definitely caused fun for Telstra Wholesale back in the day (when Internode/TPG abjectly failed to advocate on my behalf to them).

@VaniaHolt9 @hey_yep_you Ok, sorry I thought you were blaming ausnet. You’re right, the government need to stop privatising everything. We had no cellular network or NBN for 4 days thanks to Telstras horrible infrastructure. People were trapped and couldn’t even make 000 phone calls
