    Update 12:20pm AEST: Good news, we’ve fixed the issue. Your nbn service should be working again, but if you’re still having trouble, please try restarting your modem.

    Hey @NBN_Australia if we’re moving from a current FTTP house to a FTTN house that has never had nbn connected to the house, is it possible to go to FTTP? Because there are 4 people and FTTN is not good enough

    Alright sweet, @Aussie_BB tech told me on NBN's test it's showing there's a potential issue with the signal they're receiving. Internet speeds have gone from 950/48 down to 500/19 & getting worse. 😭 Someone will be out on Friday morning if it's not fixable on their end.

    @gusworldau @NBN_Australia Our fixed wireless has been unusable for months. Provider logged with nbn …. Still waiting. Paying $90 a month for a service we cannot use: Looking at Starlink now.

    @MyRepublicAU My NBN has been down all day on Bondi beach. Tried restarting the box and still not working

    Ugh. My @NBN_Australia service is down (main box won't connect so core network fault), and because there's scheduled maintenance tomorrow my ISP advises there's no chance of it getting looked at today. Note: this will be the 5th round of scheduled maintenance in the last month.
