@mat5mann Hi there, our intention isn't to pass the blame. Your service provider acts on your behalf to ensure your nbn services are connected to the network and are functioning and serviceable. They'll also liaise with the nbn wholesale support team where necessary. With any nbn 1/2

It's raining and the internet is down. Again. Any wonder @HereBeSaoirse calls the NBN here in Australia the national broken network? This is no outlier!

  • JohnbillSmith1 John bill Smith (@JohnbillSmith1) reported

@rubin_angela Is it Telstra or the NBN. The NBN was on course to be a great broadband until the LNP with Malcolm Turnbull mucked it up. There policy was supposed to save money but ending up costing more and gave us a third world network.

can't cancel @NBN_Australia visit on day via @exetel so they will find internet is up and no need to come

  • RyanWil62993886 Ryan Williams (@RyanWil62993886) reported

@Telstra Good morning Zac, we have spoken twice before, you might recall I threatened to speak with Penn's office, 40 minute conversations and they only stuffed this whole issue up further, it all started when I asked why my mobile bill went up $11, from that they added another NBN $79?

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@fictillius @Telstra What’s an “at home allowance”? Fyi I don’t have a tv and I’ll never go Telstra for nbn. Even though my wholesaler buys it from Telstra because they’re 30m away.

  • SkylieWilde Skyliee (@SkylieWilde) reported

What's the point of paying for @Telstra NBN internet, when it never fricking works! So frustrating and cause it keeps cutting out a thousand times a day our Google Devices aren't working "sorry, something went wrong please try again in a few seconds" echoes through our house 😤😤

  • lukeweston Luke Weston (@lukeweston) reported

@strangedevices1 NBN FTTN with existing copper phone lines from the node, no HFC. It’s incredible in 2022 we’re still running it on the same crap 50-year-old copper phone pair in many residences.

  • ASPaul85 Andrew Paul (@ASPaul85) reported

@davepaxz @acccgovau That may be so but I suspect Australia was still expensive and slow before NBN. So it's certainly not all of the problem.

  • seccers El Seccerino (@seccers) reported

@Penfanackapan @Sikamikanico Uhhhh yeah I worked for an ISP 7 years ago and the copper network was an unreliable hunk of garbage that was literally rotting out of the ground. If you need a reliable phone line due to medical issues NBN can provide it. Or use a mobile phone.
