@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia So you're going to borrow $3.5bn from private debt markets to try and fix the complete mess you made of the NBN that should have been FttP all along? Hope the party got a reach-around from Murdoch for this complete mess you made for him.

@LaTrioli @NBN_Australia As we prepare for the likelihood of remote teaching, the importance of reliable, fast internet has never been more important. Instead we are asking families to let us know if they don’t have reliable internet. In 2020. 🙁

@rompeca38082258 Remember the #NBN. Labor promised us world class broadband, 1000/400 Mbps FTTP at est $34.7bn. Coalition promised "cheaper, faster" NBN at est $20.4bn. Coalition have spend over $50bn to deliver 25/5 Mbps & an inferior FTTN network.

Main highway just outside of Warwick and only 3G. Nothing opening! If only Labor had won 3 elections ago NBN should have been so much better! #NBN #fail #CallTheElectionDickhead

@FixBushInternet @NBN_Australia Thanks I'll pass it on, looking at them they're already cheaper at a glance, and can't be worse service. Even Telstra picks up quicker.

@slsandpet Or tens of billions blown away sabotaging our FTTP NBN & lumbering Australia with a slow, unstable, corroding copper dog. Billions blown on terrorising the poor via Robodebt. Around $20 billion on traumatising refugees?! Transferring money from aged & disabled to wealthy mates…

Anarkii

@AustralianLabor And then when you get in power, cancel all of Duttos stupid defence spending. Take that money, build hospitals, train staff, improve all emergency services. Train staff for aged care and then simply do the whole fttp nbn thing you wanted to do before. That’s all you need to do
-
Kate Emerson
(@KateEmerson88) reported
@NBN_Australia I can however give you a general outline of the issues. The copper network is so degraded it fails frequently. Communication between Telstra and NBN apart from opening job numbers seems non-existent. Telstra has been unable to provide any repair timing information from NBN.

Why the constant hammering on ‘taxes’. Panelists know full well they will go up no matter who wins so concentrate on other issues such as climate, health, ICAC, NBN etc. That’s what people want to hear not irrelevant self important ‘gotcha’ **** #insiders #auspol
