    We need to invest in huge nation-building projects; a national grid to support renewables, divestment in fossil-fuel base load, a renewed NBN with speed guarantees and equal access for every Australian, a high-speed rail network to connect Australia’s major centres.

    I think I spent about 3.5 hours trying to arrange an NBN service provider change. Success to be determined soon (I hope).

    @Richard33878882 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia It’ll be the NBN network termination device (NTD) that has failed, not his modem/router. There are a variety of these are used on FTTP, FTTC, HFC and fixed wireless installs. NBNCo operates these units inside your property, and only they can service/replace them.

    Received a letter from Telstra containing a refund cheque. I cannot work out if it is a scam or some sort (not sure how) or that I was one of the 50,000 customers it was made to refund for slow NBN.

    @cheryl_kernot I’m surprised the LNP hasn’t received more criticism over the performance of the NBN. Labor initiated national infrastructure project had a budget of $30bn? LNP said it was too expensive and we didn’t need fibre to the premises. Rubbish service thru Covid, an LNP cost reduction!

    @NBN_Australia I have had over 30 days of intermittent outages everyday. I've had 6 nbn visits and 1 @TPG_Telecom visit today. Each of you say its the others issue. HELP @NBN_Australia frustrating it hasn't been fixed after all these times...

    @erfbeeass They’ve been helpful, it’s an NBN issue but they keep canceling the appointment to come out. They are totally ****. When the dude does turn up he’s getting both barrels.

    @NBN_Australia Hi, when is the Tech Choice Program for a group opening up. I feel closing this and only having an individual premises is a massive money making scheme more than an “intricacy” issue. NBN FW is dog 💩.

    @johnb78 My ADSL is broken and Telstra too stupid to fix, so we are happily sitting on our 4G connection, way better as neighbours nbn, can see the tower from my deck 🥳 will get a 5g router now i think.

    Still no home internet. Spent a total of 150 mins on the phone to the ISP over two days.. One doesn't know what the other is doing. Apparently a new modem has been sent. Apparently. NBN tech dude did nothing this morning. My phone as a hotspot is slow as. @Telstra @NBN_Australia

    So, email from @TPG_Telecom telling me they are halving my @NBN_Australia upload speed (20 down from 40) for no good reason and that I’ll pay the same! What **** is this? I get 39 up almost all the time! Time for a change. Complete and utter bullshit.
