    Good morning @Telstra Our NBN is not working and I can't find any outage information anywhere online. Was working fine last night.

    We need to invest in huge nation-building projects; a national grid to support renewables, divestment in fossil-fuel base load, a renewed NBN with speed guarantees and equal access for every Australian, a high-speed rail network to connect Australia’s major centres.

    @Richard33878882 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia It’ll be the NBN network termination device (NTD) that has failed, not his modem/router. There are a variety of these are used on FTTP, FTTC, HFC and fixed wireless installs. NBNCo operates these units inside your property, and only they can service/replace them.

    These dropouts from @DodoAustralia would occur every second day and last from 8pm until around 8am. After 8 Support Tickets raised and 12 calls to the Mumbai call centre, I am still getting these issue and no support from Dodo. They blame @NBN_Australia, the modem or whatever. /2

    @anguswmackinnon @JonesHowdareyou Totally agree, but they can't supply a reliable NBN internet service to all Australians yet, despite their lies. They simply don't care about ordinary people here or our neighbours, except during election time, & then only until the polls close, then it's "back in the mud proles'

    @NBN_Australia ... unilaterally declared the case 'resolved' (over my protest), due to their new deadline not yet being past. That is just some Yes Minister ****. Of course, now the new deadline is tomorrow, and I've heard absolutely nothing from @NBN_Australia as expected. Stay tuned...

    @DodoAustralia would have no doubt posted record profits during the pandemic which is probably why they treat their customers like **** but I don't understand the greed of crying poor because @NBN_Australia is so pathetic that they have to raise their price to their suppliers. /5

    @NBN_Australia a technician of yours came today to try and fix an issue but has caused 100times more problems... instead of having stable internet for 2 days.. I disconnect every 15 minutes... ughhhh 2nd time this has happened

    @NBN_Australia LOL, been there, done that, and doing it again. Now I'm resorting to social media. You lot claim to have fixed the problem, but as you didn't do anything, and the problem still exists, the claim is dubious, at best!
