@smcorea As your service is working right now, we can not really identify what caused the issue. As you have already reset the modem what we'll do on our end would be to reset your NBN connection. 1/2 -Mel

Yet another NBN dropout on home internet service. Such poor quality with so many dropouts on a daily basis.

@TPG_Telecom Ah, yeah. Look, I won't be plugging into ethernet to do a test. The connection is unreliable and has been ever since switching to your NBN. And I'm over proving tech support.

@BoganFit @dangerelis So basically your Telstra modem has switched to it’s built in 4G connection. This has a limit of a couple of hundred MB of traffic, which you go through quickly. Then you get this message. Either your NBN connection is down, or there is an issue with the modem.

@lostlimits1 @JmarrMarr Look at the price of NBN in Singapore. For 2 Gigabits service you pay $66.

So @nbnnews what in the hell has happened to the second half of the NBN News service. Local adds, yet all 9 network stories, stories we'd already seen locally presented in the first half of the news.

@Stevemcbricho @MrKRudd Don’t forget ******* mr LNP the majority of those that died were in aged care which falls under the responsibility of the fed govt which happens to be oh LNP. And why didn’t the LNP gold state learn from the ALP mistakes bit like the NBN. Fix it later.

space cadet bec (@eIectricbec) reported
Or is it the NBN? Cheers LNP. Billions of $$ for **** internet.

@NBN_Australia Thanks for the pleasant but meaningless reply. I’ve been down that road. Neither NBN or our supplier are prepared to take responsibility and just want to play the NFF (No Fault Found) game. Meanwhile the dropouts continue and I will use social media to vent the frustration.
